The villa has been recently restored. It`s located in Parabita, 10 minutes from the splendid beaches of Gallipoli. 
The
villa does is not only have prestigious furniture but also a big pool
that has been built recently. It has a multi-barbecue area  that`s fully
equipped with to have lunch and dinner out in the open air, surrounded
by a well-kept garden with lawn, ornamental plants and a large wooden
gazebo. Villa Loran can accommodate up to 12 people. Small animals are
allowed on request.

The
villa was built in `900 salento style with material chosen with care,
al completely natural and made in Puglia such as: the iron railings, the
carparo that defines the monumental staircase and the contours of the
villa, the floors of stone of Trani, and the Arpicena stone.
Villa Loran has 5 comfortable bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom, and is suitable for 10-12 persons. The main house has a very spacious and bright living room with a fireplace made out of the local stone pietra Leccesse, a welcoming kitchen and 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom with shower.
The guesthouse on the other hand has a private entrance and a large bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with shower.

The
villa is part of a property with large furnished outdoor space which
make the villa a true oasis where you can enjoy your holiday by
relaxing, having fun while thinking of your well-being. On the upper
floor, there`s a large porch that overlooks the garden so the guests
have a cozy corner to enjoy the surrounding nature.
The
large outdoor kitchen, entirely made of natural stone (Carparo and
Apricena), is equipped with everything you need to prepare with your
favorite dishes in group: in addition to the fridge and freezer, there
is a useful wood-burning fireplace, a large sink and extensive workplace
that allow you to cook in all kind of ways: wood-burning, charcoal and
gas (Weber Genesis II), to satisfy even the most demanding grillers.
Even in the garden,
everything is made with harmonious shapes and materials. The terraces
bordered by stone walls and hedges are spread over different levels and
offer perfect corners of paradise for relaxing by the pool ( recently built) with a water surface of 80 square meters and 120 cubic meters volume, and a well-kept lawn.
From the terrace
you can enjoy  the enchanting panorama of the surrounding countryside
and the rooftops of the nearby town of Parabita, whose bell towers and
chimneys stand out from the skyline. Behind the villa there is an extra
green area of more than half a hectare, with vegetable garden and
orchard.

Villa Loran is located in Parabita, right outside the center. It`s just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli,
between 10 and 15 kilometers. Actually it`s on the Gallipoli-Otranto
route, in the center of the Salento, in a convenient location, easily
reach both the beaches of Capo di Leuca and the villages of Grecìa Salentina.
All major commercial and personal services are available in the nearby
Parabita center. The historic center of the city and the various
monuments such as the castle of Angevin, the monastery of the
Alcantarini and the church of the SS. Crucifix of the eighteenth century
are worthwhile to pay a visit.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the studio, in the master bedroom and in the living room.
- The rented part is only the lower floor of the villa (200sqm). On the upper floor (without other guests), you can still access externally.
- One bathroom is external.
