Experience Geneva on the Lake Ohio at the beautiful Whip’s Cottages.
Three cottages are rented out as a single unit, giving you ample space for up to a party of 18. Designed and decorated with a modern rustic motif, you’ll feel the relaxed every moment you are in your cottage.
Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, as well as their own living rooms and kitchens. Each cottage is also equipped with a sleeper sofa. Fresh Linens, Fresh Towels, Dishes, Silverware, and Cooking Utensils are provided.

Matt was super responsive and extremely flexible. We were running ahead of schedule and he allowed us to check in early. They had done a great job cleaning the house and the floors were still wet when we got there. There was a total of nine of us that stayed anthe three cabins made it extremely convenient. The property is exactly as described. Clean, convenient to stores, restaurants, and bars and really comfortable. The private beach is pretty cool also. My wife and I are in our 50s and had no trouble with the steps, however, my parents are in their late 70s and it was too much for them to get down to the lake front deck. But, they struggle with most steps so…. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Omgeee!! This place was so beautiful, it was a lovely stay for me and my guest. Highly recommend family, friends, and spouse to experience the cottages. The only problem I had was stove in cottage two didn’t work and all the flies but it was a GREAT STAY. If you like or love water this is the place for you the view is the peace your looking for.

Weekend getaway

Stayed at the Whips cottages with a large group for 2 nights and used them as a home base for a tour of several local wineries. Had a great stay as the cottages allowed our big group to all stay together, and the pictures/descriptions of the spaces were accurate. We had to use the pull out couches, which were understandably older and not the most comfortable, but they got the job done.

Great location! Convenient that all 3 cottages were in a row and very similar. The outside space with a gas fire pit between cottage 2 & 3 was a nice feature, but would have been nice if the leaves had been blown away before we arrived. The lower deck over the water was beautiful, but the table & chairs seemed to just have been haphazardly thrown down there & one of them was broken. Overall a great experience for a 2 night stay. Everyone said they would definitely book again if they had the opportunity
