Location bien située à proximité de la plage… Parking privé avec un balcon qui donne vue sur mer…immeuble sécurisé…appareils ménagers un peu vétustes mais fonctionnels…idéal pour 2 personnes

seul point positif, l'emplacement. appartement sale, rempli de poils de chiens, ménage non fait. 1 couette , on peut limite voir au travers et 2 couvertures décousues et trop vieilles, le propriétaire doit avoir peur que les locataires partent avec, ou alors se sont les couvertures du chien. Lustre cassé, ou décoré de toiles d'araignée. Réponse de l'agence immob sur l'état de l'appartement: "je note" Très grande marche pour la douche.
