This house of 80 m ² entirely renovated and bright is very pleasant to spend holidays in family (small closed garden). Comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, hair dryer, cot and high chair.
It is located 500 m from the beach of Bertheaume, the GR 34, the village and the beach of Trez-Hir with nautical center, swimming pool of sea water with slide and cinema and is on the edge of a Park.

A very good place

We enyojed very much our holidays in Plougonvelin and in this house. The ouwner are very friendly, the house is clean, quiet and a good place, to be quickly by the beach or naer to walk the GR 34, if you love nature. We had a phantastic time.

Gite très agréable et hôtesse très accueillante

Gîte très bien agencé et équipé pour 4 personnes. Le linge de maison était fourni suite à notre demande et les lits faits à l'arrivée ; c'était top! Le gîte est très bien situé par rapport aux trois plages de Plougonvelin. Chantal est une hôtesse charmante et très attentionnée. Un très bon séjour dans ce gîte.

Petite maison très pratique :-)

La maison est très propre et contient tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour en famille (cuisine équipée, jeux pour enfants, abri vélos,...) ! L'emplacement est super pour découvrir la région (plage à pied, parc juste en face, départ sentiers vélos et randos, ainsi que Brest, pointe St Mathieu et départs pour les îles tout proche).

Cette propriété est idéalement située au calme à proximité d'un parc et des commerces. La plage n'est pas loin. Il ne manque rien dans l'agencement de la maison. La propriétaire est très sympathique, joignable et présente très bien sa région.

Excellent séjour!

Des hôtes très réactifs à nos messages, très bon accueil avec petite attention à notre arrivée, maison refaite à neuf dans laquelle rien ne manquait, nos 2 enfants (4ans et 6ans ont adoré les jeux/jouets sur place) emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied (plage ,boulangerie, parc pour enfant avec des cygnes...). Bref une location que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
