Our structure has double rooms with private bathrooms and balconies and two rooms for your well-being: you can stay in shape using the gym, listening to your favorite music or watching TV; relax in the relaxation area, equipped with whirlpool, emotional shower and Finnish sauna.
The whole structure is served by an internal code lift, wi-fi and stereo system (on the ground floor and first floor). Parking spaces and garages, garden, terrace and equipped solarium are also available.
Use of the relaxation area incurs an additional charge.

Very nice house - perfect fit for our needs

I wanted to organize an off-site company meeting to do something different than the usual hotel + meeting room setup and this place was a great fit - good location, great space, amenities, super friendly and responsive owner. I would totally recommend this to anyone.

Family stay near Aosta and the Alps

We had a wonderful stay in Chambave, a small town about 10 miles east of Aosta. The apartment was wonderful for our family of 10. Pierre met us and provided terrific information about the house. He provided answers to any questions that we had. The house provided easy access to Aosta and the mountains at Courmayeur.

One Word: Amazing

The house made our trip! We were an extended family of 16 spending Christmas together for a once in a lifetime trip and Pierre's place was perfect. Tons of space, lots of things to do at the house and it was oh so nice. We cooked all our evening meals in and sat around the large dining table with our family and it was wonderful. Before and after dinner there were movies, games and of course tournaments at the pool table. It was the perfect home base for trips to Aosta and surrounding areas to ride gondolas, visit castles, shop the Christmas markets and even spend a couple of days on the slopes. I can't imagine a better place.

Schönes sauberes großes Haus

Wir waren zum Motorradfahren im Aostatal Die Lage war sehr gut das Haus ist sehr groß und super sauber der Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr hilfsbereit. ....jederzeit gerne wieder

Schönes grosses sauberes Haus mit Top Vermieter

Alles bestens auch SPA Einrichtung top, einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Nähe zur Autobahn welche teilweise gut zu hören war.

Absolutely beautiful!

Great house for large group/family. Comfortable beds, clean, well stocked kitchen. Perfect location to tour all of Aosta valley. Papa Franco met us on arrival and was so sweet to tour us around the area. He was so helpful and a pleasure to meet. He told us the history of the house and family. Highly recommend!!

Women's Retreat in the Aosta Valley

Pros definitely outweigh the few cons with this home. Excellent, attentive and kind property manager. (Pierre) Lovely views, quiet neighborhood and ample space for our group of 15 ladies. Many wonderful memories were made. As with any home there is wear and tear. We had issues with a leaky shower and intrusive flying ants but upon messaging the manager, the issues were dealt with at a moment's notice. We felt very well cared for and can certainly recommend this home for your accommodations. Suggestions would be better pool cues for the billiards table, coffee pods provided for the coffee machine and some charcuterie boards would've been great! We had all the basics.

June in Acosta valley

Property was clean and as advertised. Communication with the owner who lives across the street was fast and good. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the unusual hot weather. The property is not air conditioned but we purchased some electric fans which made it comfortable during the day. Temps cooled down at night making sleeping comfortable.

Geweldig huis voor een groep. Enige nadeel is dat de keuken klein is en er maar een beperkt aantal stoelen is. In ons geval van 6 personen perfect.

Wonderful Aosta vacation home

Terrific property that can easily accommodate large groups. Indoor and outdoor areas are spacious, well kept and very comfortable. Pool table, spa, many bedrooms and large eating areas create a lovely vacation space. Close to endless outdoor recreation areas including Mint Blanc tram and Cervinia.

Als Gruppe von 16 Erwachsenen mit 3 Babys war das Haus voll belegt. Trotzdem gab es immer noch genug Platz für jeden und man hatte nie das Gefühl, dass das Haus voll wäre. Dabei hatten wir zusätzlich auch noch jede Menge Ski und Bergausrüstung dabei. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Haus besitzt großzügige Aufenthaltsbereiche, einen wunderschönen Spa sowie einen großen Garten mit Sonne. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief unkompliziert und reibungslos, sowohl vor der Anreise als auch vor Ort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Just returned from a Christmas week stay at this villa and our whole family were very impressed.

The Vila is very classy and very large with an abundance of rooms. This villa consists of five main floors and can be accessed by either staircase or lift. The top three floors are dedicated to sleeping accommodation - which gives each floor its own complete privacy. The ground floor and the floor above are comunial rooms. The ground floor has a large lounge area which is connected to a large pool room. The pool room was brilliant at keeping all our guests suitably entertained. The room above has a very large bar/ dinning area which connects to another large TV room and main kitchen. The Relaxation area is also located on this floor. The relaxation area includes a large jacuzzi/ sauna and basic gym. The lelaxation area has to be booked with a days noticed and at a surcharge of €20 an hour. We only used this once however; we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend doing so. All bedrooms came with en-suites and all floors had access to at least one W/C shower room. All rooms were fitted and finished to a very high standard. The Vila is managed by a very pleasant and helpful young man named Pierre. Our main purpose for our stay was as a skiing holiday. We traveled daily to Cervinia - which took us about 35 minutes to drive. I highly recommend this very high class villa and will definitely be looking at a return future visit.

Amazing house and hosts! We loved our stay there. Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful town. We were a group of four couples and were very comfortable. Garden and terraces beautiful! Totally enjoyed every part of our stay and highly recommend this house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Heerlijk verblijf in riante woonst!!

Alles wat je kunt verlangen van een vakantiewoning. Riant onderkomen met 6 grote slaapkamers [4 met eigen badkamer + wc], keuken, grote living, tv kamer met satelliet tv, poolkamer, sauna + jacuzzi ruimte [tegen bijbetaling], fitnessruimte, heerlijke tuin met 2 verdiepingen, garage voor de auto of auto's of buiten parkeren. Zeer hartelijke en behulpzame eigenaars [vader + zoon]. Gezellig dorpje Chambave met bar, krantenwinkeltje en kleine supermarkt [+ bakker tegelijk] en prachtige omgeving! Het kost een paar centen maar daar krijg je dan ook kwaliteit voor terug. DOEN!!!

Incantevole dimora

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di agosto 2017 in questa splendida dimora, curata e rifinita nei minimi dettagli. In 4 adulti e 5 bambini abbiamo avuto a disposizione 6 camere da letto matrimoniali ognuna con bagno in camera. Una spaziosa e super accessoriata cucina, sala da pranzo e sala cinema. Al pian terreno un ulteriore salotto con annessa sala biliardo. Ad allietare ulteriormente il nostro soggiorno, un bellissimo giardino, una saletta fitness e la possibilità di usufruire della zona relax con sauna e idromassaggio. A coronare il tutto l'ospitalità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Pierre Aillon e papà Franco, che ci hanno accolto con un ottima degustazione di prodotti locali e ci hanno accompagnato con tanti suggerimenti nel nostro soggiorno. Un soggiorno a cinque stelle in una località tranquilla ma strategica per raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali mete estive della Val d'Aosta. Ci ritorneremo.

Casa perfetta per un weekend con amici

C'è tutto il necessario nella casa. Il biliardo è bello, possiamo alscotare musica ai tutti i piani. Lo spa è comodo. Pierre è un gentile ospite che risponda a tutte le domande. C'è il wifi dappertutto. Grazie.

Semplicemente favolosa

Week end con amici , tre coppie più bimbi... casa bellissima, nuova, pulita, ordinata con ogni comfort. Proprietari molto cortesi, accoglienza fantastica, insomma non manca nulla!!!! Ci torneremo !
