Great communication with the owners. The house and grounds are beautiful. I don't think that there is anything that they don't have in the house. Very relaxing stay.

Our family absolutely loved the house and yard. We did not lack a thing. The house is so well stocked and supplied that we were completely at ease and felt very welcomed. The separate apartment was perfect for the family with young children and the grounds are beautiful to run around. The house has toys! The hosts were easily available if we needed and the directions to the house made it very easy to find even after dark. Franklin is a short drive away and fun to visit. We would definitely stay in the house again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Was a great place to gather with family in from all over for a wedding. We were able to relax and spend time together. The place really felt like home. And the yard was perfect for my kid to run around too. Highly recommend this place.

Five stars for hospitality! Lori made our wedding weekend stay extra special with her attention to detail, thoughtful snacks, and warm welcome. Meeting us in person and taking the time to show us around was a nice touch that made us feel right at home. The accommodations were exactly as described in terms of comfort and accessibility, and we appreciated having a separate entrance. The only thing I would add to the listing is that the suite is part of the main house on the lower level rather than a detached building. It was not a problem whatsoever, but it's helpful information for future guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location. The home and the property were beautiful. The setting is very private while still being super close to everything in Franklin and Nashville. The hosts, Lori and Rob, were super friendly, kind, and easy to communicate with. The house had all of the comforts of home and was super clean. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The front porch was fantastic with multiple rocking chairs and a porch swing. My family and I had an excellent time here.

I cannot say enough good things about this house, and Robert and Lori, our hosts! The house is super clean and is exactly how it was described on VRBO. The few questions I asked about the home were answered very quickly prior to our arrival. We made good use of all the amenities that were included. The house is as well equipped as any house we have ever stayed in. You name it, it has it and more! The beds are super comfortable with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc. Every bathroom had extra towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. We were met upon our arrival and Lori and Robert went over everything with us in detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back when we visit Nashville again next year. This home is a 10 plus!!

The property is amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The front porch is to die for. Enough room for all our family (10 in the house). Owners thought of everything we might need and have it on site. We had an issue with a sink backing up and someone was at the house within 20 min.
