Thompson's Top Floor

Comfortable, private apartment located above our home, with private rear access.(No access from main home) It's brand new so it's very clean and stylish, newly constructed second floor space. There is 1 bedroom with an eastern king size bed, dresser and Led flat screen TV with smart bluray player. The full-size bathroom has a custom tile shower (no tub) and personal washer and dryer. The main living area has a sofa that pulls out into a comfortable queen size bed. Dine in kitchen area features a full size stove and oven, single-serving coffee maker, full size fridge, freezer, deep sink and is fully stocked with basic kitchen cookware, serving utensils, and diningware. The hot tub is located within the fenced yard for safety. We are located near several national parks including, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Grand Canyon, Dixie National Forest and Brian Head ski Resort, along with several lakes and state parks/rec areas. Red Cliffs Reserve, Snow Canyon, and Sand Hollow State Park are among our favorites!

We want to insure that all of our guests understand the only access to the apartment requires climbing a large flight of stairs. If you and your travel companions are not physically capable to safetly go up and down the stairs in all weather conditions (heat, rain, dark etc) due to age or physical limitations, we encourage you to book at another location. We want our guest to have the best vacation possible!
