Lovely little escape

Perfect place to stay while exploring the area and hiking Zion. Short drive from Springdale. Very comfortable-we loved the bed and were so tired after several days of hiking! Owners on premise but you wouldn't even know it. Rock River Roasting Company was a great place for coffee and sandwiches with a gorgeous view and dinner at Balcony One in Virgin, amazing.

On arrival there where some cleanliness issues, also property management where very accommodating in trying to take care of the situation. 2nd issue was the AC which was not working correctly took two days to fix, but once again they were quick to resolve the issues. Also the pictures were a little misleading as to the room sizes and the seating area was uncomfortable. We had a fairly comfortable stay but we also have had much better for the same price. Didn’t know that this was attached to a residence.

Spectacular view and hot tub

What a view! Patio and hot tub was the higlight of this stay. The decorations were also very pretty! Comfy bed, nice to have a washer/ dryer (just a bit loud), easy check in with code, private and quiet location, amd you can see the moon at night (too cloudy for our stay to see the stars). Wish their was better instructions on how to use the hottub and fire pit. Also wish there were lights for the patio that can turn on and off so you can see where to go at night, especially for the hot tub. Fire alarm went off when turning on the oven and was a pain to turn off. Also wish there was a small divider on the patio so you don't see the neighboring yard. Had good supplies overall for cooking, plenty of laundry detergent, and some "complimentary toiletrties" but I had to go out and get some shampoo, conditioner, and soap since what was provided was little hotel like bottles that had been used and didn't look good for use. Host was friendly when messaging but had trouble contacting and getting consistent responses. Would highly recommend as long as you know these expectations.
