The nieghborhood: We love the historic feel and the charm that Old Town delivers. It's always enjoyable to slow down and spend time strolling through the square and the numerous shops and restaurants available. We feel perfectly safe walking around Old Town both day and night, just sticking to the immediate blocks around the plaza, and around Rio Grande Blvd. Going from Central towards Downtown does have some isolated stretches so it is recommended to use common safety sense as you would in any big city.

The comfort, safety and location of this place is great. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend it. One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at.
My son (17) and I came down for a quick 'Breaking Bad' location tour and had a great stay at this condo. It was well appointed and comfortable and a quick walk over to Old Town. We are already planning our next trip down with my nephew and will stay here again!
Conveniently located within walking distance to Old Town. Quick and friendly communication with host. Easy check-in. Condo was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
The location was walking distance to Old Town as well as convenient to I40. It was a very nice apartment and felt quite secure. The bed was really comfortable and everything was well supplied.
It felt like home. It was the perfect location to get around Old Town.
The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the host was responsive.
I couldn’t have picked a better host and location… so much information and very responsive!! The easiest access….. so if you are looking to stay close to Old Town in a safe location, you will not be disappointed! Everything you would need is provided for you!
The property is no where close to luxurious but its location and the ease of getting to it have brought us here twice and we will likely be back. The first night we were disturbed by rocks or firecrackers thrown at our window but we contacted the manager and got a quick response. If you are aware of what you're getting, this is a great place to stay.
Old architecture with updated amenities, off a busy street, but just a block away from the old town with its stores, church and cafes. No elevator which is only regrettable if you are staying on the second level and have a lot of luggage. Small leak in the ceiling during heavy rain. Everything else was fine and comfortable.

I appreciated the kitchen being well stocked and basic supplies like coffee tea, sugar, salt, spices being made available. Very thoughtful. Good communication with host.
Good location for Old Town, museums and highways
Lovely and impeccably clean condo, perfectly situated across from the entrance to Old Town. We were attending an artists’ convention at the Hotel Albuquerque, so the location was perfect for us. Very nice, well-maintained older building with 12 units. Our condo was very nicely renovated with some fun artistic touches. Set back away from the street so road noise was not a problem. Quite spacious and very nice - would definitely book again.
Property was nice, unit was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were a little firm for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Kitchen was well stocked and the addition of a Roku TV was nice too. Be prepared for a little noise as there is a youth gym /center next door that is pretty active during the day. I’d definitely stay here again- it’s convenient to pretty much everywhere in the city.
This apartment located just a few steps to old town , three big museums are very close and really can be walked to. We discovered a small restaurant “Ben Michaels” with a live music on Tuesdays and organic food within just a few steps to it .
The apartment is clean and very nice inside , the kitchen has everything that needed, it’s not noisy to sleep , beds are pretty comfortable. The owner responds very fast if needed .
Surely we would stay again.

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from old town shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed including an iron, printer, and coffee maker (thank you for the Pinon coffee). Comfortable beds and extremely clean. The entire apartment was updated and we were very happy. Taryn's team was also quick to respond and very clear directions were given. Thank you.
My 2 year old granddaughter annoyed the downstairs neighbor but I didn’t let that get me down! I tried to get her to walk vs whatever two year olds do LOL!!! Oh well! Don’t rent an apartment downstairs if it bothers you!!! Live and let live…it’s vacation and family time!!!
The property was exactly as described, it was clean and cute and had plenty of room.
The microwave stopped working the 1st day. I sent several messages letting the property manager know, and never received a response if they were going to come fix it, or even letting me know that they got the message.

Response from VrboOwner on 31 July 2024
This is just plain false, we did respond. I explained it was probably a flipped breaker or GCFI switch and guest did not reply. I even sent maintenance to check but the issue was resolved.
We wanted to stay as close to Old Town as we could for our budget. This property was as advertised and was roomy for our group. We were able to cook all meals and had all the kitchen items we needed to do so. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star on cleanliness was because I did spend the first hour after we arrived sweeping the floors in the entire unit, wiping down the kitchen counters and table and chairs, cleaning the microwave inside, and wiping down the cabinet knobs. I found the kitchen to be not as clean as I would have preferred. The rest of the unit was immaculate, beds were comfy, shower was hot and abundant, washer/dryer was great and the unit smelled good. I would recommend to others and stay again. The owner was very polite when she reached out to resolve a minor issue for a different family in the unit below us that involved the unit we were in.
The apartment was absolutely wonderful! Very cozy and welcoming. We were in town for hockey games and will definitely stay here again for future games!
Overall the property was clean, bright, and spacious. We did see one dead cockroach under the table but I’m told that can be common in the desert. Good location to Old Town shopping and restaurant; things tend to close early so good to get a rental car or plan to take Lyft/Uber if you’re planning to explore beyond Old Town. Just a few minutes off the freeway.
Hey there! I'm so happy you are taking the time to check out our place, I hope it meets your needs and you decide to stay a while. My husband, Chris, and I are originally from Colorado but planted roots in ABQ over 10 yrs ago. We have 2 rambunctious boys that keep us busy. When we aren't at the ball fields watching little league we love to travel and explore. I hope you enjoy your stay in our place and come again often!
