Contemporary terraced townhouse style villa with garden, centrally located in a quiet residential area, only minutes from the beautiful Luz beach and less than a five minute walk to an excellent patisserie, choice of good supermarkets, health food shop, pharmacies, and other good facilities in Luz village. Some lovely local restaurants and bars within the same location. This villa is perfect for families seeking a relaxing self catering break. Spacious and contemporary accommodation on three floors, with open plan living area consisting of modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with plasma screen TV, DVD and Free WiFi.

The lounge patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking beautiful views across to the sea. The balcony also has a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The ground floor courtyard garden provides seating and a BBQ area.

The three double bedrooms are served by two newly fitted bathrooms and the spacious ground floor bedroom opens onto the courtyard garden. The second bedroom also has patio doors opening out onto its own balcony enjoying the sun and looking out toward the sea.

We are really pleased to be able to share with your our family home in Portugal which has given us so much enjoyment and happy memories for nearly 20 years. Now owned by two family members, we hope you like it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love our ‘home from home’ in the charming village of Praia Da Luz in the sunny Western Algarve, close to the historic town of Lagos. The house is only a short walk from the beach and is situated in a central location close to bars, restaurants and local supermarket. There really is something for everyone here and once you reach the resort, (approximately an hour from Faro) no car is required as everything is within easy reach.
