Villa of + – 100 m2, with single storey but in height with access by stairs. It is located in a residential area and quiet in L’Escala about 2000 m from the beach and shops Montgó and 1300 m from the beach and shops of Riells.

The house is near the forest for walks, jogging, sports etc … with trails.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas. The air conditioning in living room is included in the price.
