2 bedroom apartment for 4 people. In elegant urbanization of recent construction and excellent location, the latest in comfort and brand new. Ideal for couples and families, who seek to relax. With two swimming pools, one of them for children.

Private solarium of 60 m2, with umbrella and sun beds, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

A double bedroom and another with two twin beds, both with large closets and access (wide glass doors) to a terrace of 20 m2, with table, chairs and lounger to enjoy the first coffee in the morning.

Spacious living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped: Washing machine, refrigerator, 32-inch flat screen TV, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fryer, iron, full kitchenware, and a long list that will make your stay as comfortable as possible . Fantastic apartment - clean, very comfortable, private balcony, private roof terrace, access to swimming pool. All the facilities needed for a really comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Fast broadband if you need to keep up with work etc. The location is superb and El Cotillo is a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended, we had a super time.

Great Holiday Rental

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It is clean and well equipped with the added bonus of a washing machine and beach towels for guest use. The beds were super comfy and the roof terrace is a fabulous spot for relaxing in the sun.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Gaia a lot. The location is close to lots of nice beaches as well as to the centre of El Cotillo. The apartment was big enough for the four of us and has a terrace and a roof top terrace. Everything was perfect!

Great apartment, great location!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Gaia. It was spotlessly clean and spacious and the two outside terraces were fabulous and much larger than expected. Great facilities with everything we needed and super comfy beds. The pool area was attractive and well maintained. The location was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops, bars and restaurants, while also being a short stroll into the centre of El Cotillo. Communication with Lola was very easy and helpful. A place, we'd love to return to!

Comfort and convenience in El Cotillo

Casa Gaia is a very comfortable, well equipped and well maintained apartment in an excellent location. The roof terrace is a special feature.The apartment is within easy walking distance of the many restaurants in El Cotillo. Street parking was readily available if you did not use the underground car park.Lola could not have been more attentive and helpful.

Casa Gaia

Casa Gaia is a roomy well looked after and clean apartment which includes everything one needs for a comfortable stay in El Cotillo. The apartment includes two separate outdoor spaces, a big balcony overlooking the building's communal pool, and a roof top terrace. Casa Gaia is located very close to La Concha beach which allows for amazing sunset watching, as well shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Relaxing Holiday El Cotillo

Excellent property for a holiday in El Cotillo. Private balcony overlooking the pool and also a private roof terrace. Both these outdoor spaces were a very good size, so plenty of outside space to relax in at the apartment. The apartment was great for a holiday, and we could have happily spent a couple of months there. Also only a short 2-3 minute walk to the lovely beach and plenty of restaurants also with easy reach. No air conditioning, but that wasn’t a problem when we were there (March). The only improvement I could suggest would be a BBQ or outside grill on the roof terrace, but that is nitpicking. If we go back to El Cotillo we will be looking to stay here again.

Amazing Apartment

What an apartment this is. Huge 2 bedroom apartment on the inside and a huge rooftop terrace on the outside with sea views. The other outside terrace from the bedrooms is also big and overlooks the pool. Apartments are a mixture of holiday homes and Spanish homes. It is accessible to some local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the main part of El Cotillo is only about a five minute walk. A very short walk to the beach and a further walk/drive to the lagoons. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home feel and well equipped with pots and pans etc. Loved it.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung – absolut empfehlenswert!Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Lola in vollen Zügen genossen. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu vielen liebevollen Details. Die Betten waren bequem, die gesamte Wohnung war und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei großzügigen Terrassen, auf denen man herrlich entspannen kann, sowie die sehr schön angelegte und saubere Poolanlage.Ein weiteres Highlight waren die vielen schönen Bücher, die zum Stöbern und Schmökern einladen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – ein Ort, an dem man sofort abschalten kann.Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück in der Somme

Uns ist beim Winterurlaub auf den Kanaren immer ein ungestörtes Frühstück in der Somme wichtig - ab 9:00 Uhr war das auf der großen Loggia dieser schönen Ferienwohnung besonders schön möglich. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und komplett - von Handtüchern, Strandlaken über Geschirr bis Waschmaschine. Strände, Cafes, Restaurants und Läden - alles fußläufig erreichbar und am Nachmittag noch ein Sundowner auf der Dachterrasse - herrlich!! Dazu unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Apartment in Meernähe

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr genossen. Schönes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Fernseher (viele deutsche Programme). Beide Schlafzimmer haben Terrassenzugang und viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Schöne Terrasse zum frühstücken und eine Dachterrasse zum ungestörten Sonnenbaden. The perfect apartment in the perfect surrounding

We stayed here for 17 days with a five years old kid. Casa Gaia was the perfect location for us. Only a few minutes walk into the small town of El Cotillo and on the other side next to the beaches. The apartment is really well equipped with everthing you need for your holiday. We found everthing that is mentioned in the advertisement and much more. The rooms are spacious and you have enough stoware for your personal things. Both sleeping rooms have access to the balcony which is directed to the courtyard with a pool. We enjoyed breakfast and diner at the balcony which has a lot of room and is sheltered against wind and sun (after midday). On top you have a roof top where you also can spend time relaxing in the sun. The communication with Lola was friendly, quick and easy. A few days for arrival we got all information about the check in and a direction plan. Both with pictures, so that nothing can go wrong. We can recommend Casa Gaia absolutely und we will come back!

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dachterrasse, Pool und das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Lola ist sympathisch, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder.

Llevo siete años alquilando Casa Gaia y es la primera vez que me dejan una opinión negativa sobre la limpieza. En este este aspecto somos muy estrictos, pero en esta reserva hubo un inconveniente: falta de tiempo para desinfectar el apartamento en condiciones. Por la mañana del día 26 salió una familia con dos niños, le pedí a las nuevas huéspedes que me permitieran dar el check in a las 17,30 h. y no quisieron, tuvimos muy poco tiempo... Aun así cuando les di la bienvenida, ya instaladas , no me comentaron nada sobre fallos en la limpieza, sino que me comunicaron que todo estaba perfecto. Lo que sí quiero dejar constancia que es la primera vez que al chequear el apartamento tras su salida, me encontré con las bolsas de la basura, tanto orgánica como la de higiene personal, dentro de la casa llenas y sin cerrar, restos de comida fuera de la nevera, toda el ajuar usado y dentro de los armarios.... en fin....me reservo mi opinión personal, y creo que este comentario sobre la limpieza está fuera de lugar, siempre reconociendo mis propios fallos y errores. Un saludo y un abrazo a todos mis inquilinos. Lola

A Week in the Sun at Lovely Cotillo

The apartment is superb and made even better by the upstairs patio which is secluded and basks in all day sun. We went mid November and had a fantastic sunny week eating out in all the wonderful restaurants in the vicinity.
