A fully equipped kitchen, (Gas room with oven, fridge) A shower room with washing machine and a glazed Loggia. Common bicycle room. Near Swing Bridge to Close to Beach, Bus Station and all amenities. 200m from the municipal arena parking, free all year round.

- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
