The cottage is 10 minutes from the sea, 8.5 km from Perros-Guirec, near the Pink Granite Coast and Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015.
The cottage classified * is in ground garden with an independent entrance, it is located at the end of a farm (former crib) in the heart of a flower garden and landscaped. The cottage is quiet and the countryside in a dead end.
The accommodation is a bright studio of 21. 4 m² with a large closet / wardrobe, storage space, a kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave / oven, coffee maker, kettle, teapot ...), a dining area. eat with TV, a bedroom area with bedside lamps, a bathroom with shower sink and toilet ...
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, two deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue in the garden.

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
L'environnement de la location est très calme.
Le propriétaire, très agréable également, nous a très bien accueilli.
Le lodge était d'une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé et bien agencé. La proximité avec les autres lodge ne posent aucun problème (bien isolé).
Aux portes de Lannion et de toutes ses commodités, pratique pour la visite de la région.
Bref, un très bon séjour, dans une belle propriété et un propriétaire au top.
Nous recommandons vivement !
