Appartement très confortable, d’une propreté irréprochable (nous n’en avons jamais loués d’aussi propres !), avec tout le matériel nécessaire. L’accueil de Monsieur MERRER est vraiment très sympathique, avec de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours, les idées de restaurant. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Je suis surpris de votre appréciation à savoir: Je chauffe l'appartement en hiver avant l'arrivée des vacanciers mais pas à 25 degrés en général 18 . Quant à la facturation de l'électricité je préfère louer un peu moins cher et facturer l'électricité cela évite d'ouvrir la baie quand on a trop chaud, les vacanciers maitrisent leur consommation selon la température qu'ils souhaitent. Pour ce qui est des autres désagréments je suis surpris car depuis que je loue les appréciations et les commentaires ont toujours été très positifs.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Perros-Guirec dans un bel appartement lumineux et d'une propreté impeccable, bien agencé et bien équipé. Une baie vitrée donnant sur la mer et les îles. L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux et il nous donne de bons conseils pour les visites et les ballades à faire. Une semaine ne suffit pas pour tout visiter on y retournera. Brigitte et Guy

Perros guirec

Très bel endroit de Bretagne avec sa cote de granit rose, visite des 7 iles dont ile aux oiseaux (phoques, macareux, les foux bassan ect) réserve naturelle. Beaucoup de chemins de randonnées le long de la cote.. Bellle semaine ensoleilée car il ne pleut pas toujours en Bretagene
