The unit is located in Nuevo Vallarta at Dreams Villa Magna Condos attached to the Dreams Resort . You will have access to 4 pools and a hot tub. You can purchase a hotel (Dreams Resort pass) for drinks or restaurants. You will have access to the games and shows of the Dreams Resort. For condo guests the poolside grill offers affordable options for those not wanting the all inclusive package from the resort. The amazing blue flag beach is a really nice place to rest, enjoy the waves and sand, pool, sun or meet other tourists. The beach is can easily be walked in either direction for miles. We also have a property manager on site to help with any of your needs.

The unit is immaculately clean, well-maintained with beach access easy and included. Jet ski, kayak, banana boat and parasailing vendors frequent the beach daily. If you care to venture out, we are 5 min from Vallarta Adventure Tours (recommended) and right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita, 25 min in either direction.

Uber may pick you up just outside the condo property or you may take the bus, the stop is just meters away. Paradise shopping plaza is within walking distance or just 45 pesos (2.50 USD) via Uber. An American style super market, Starbucks, and Mcdonalds can be found inside with an amazing play structure for children.

Great Condo for short or extended stay!!

We were pleased with good communication with manager. Condo was very well stocked with day to day supplies (cleaning, bathroom, kitchen, non-food items). Nice and quiet when quiet when windows/patio doors closed. Pleasantly decorated and 'well appointed'. Managers did their best to accommodate needs. Thank you!

PROS...Great location, easy, inexpensive Uber to grocery and restaurants. Beautiful, well maintained grounds. There are 5 pools, but only one is really heated. Manager, Patty, was always available, if needed.CONS.....the picture of the nice sofa and comfy living room furniture is NOT accurate ! It's been replaced by the most uncomfortable sofa,love seat and a PATIO glider. King size bed is so soft and worn, it's like sleeping in 2 hammocks !VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. This place needs a lot of updating.

The Villa Magna Condos are a very well kept and well appointed environment with a great beach and pools. The room was excellent with no issues other than initially trying to find the room and the passcode door wasn't intuitive at first. I am usually ready to go home after 7 days but after 10 days, I told my wife I didn't want to go home, especially to the grey and cold. Every day you wake up to perfect weather and have your coffee and breakfast on the balcony overseeing the resort and ocean. Every night beautiful sunsets and perfect weather. Very safe environment which we walked constantly putting on about 50kms easy. Many restaurants within walking distance and others a minor uber away. La Dolce Vita had great service and food along with Fajita Republic and The Blue Shrimp. Some others were average but nothing terrible we experienced. The area clearly has several all inclusive hotels but also many luxury condos, villas and homes. It has the feel of a higher end town including familiar stores such as Walmart and home depot but also quality Mexican chain stores. Golf was accessible but not cheap. Overall Scott and the onsite manager Patti did all we expected and I would have loved to stay much longer.

A wonder ful Condo & place in general

The host’s property manager Jeff met us there when we arrived, and helped us into the Condo… VRBO described the Condo to a tee…. Very clean, tastefully furnished, roomy, comfortable and had all and more than the amenities of home… Every night, it was very quiet after 10:00 pm at night…. The Condo is very easy to get to, located within the Villa Magna complex on the beach side of Nuevo Vallarta… Beautiful well kept grounds, swimming pools and beach…. No insects at all and very near restaurants… We would certainly give it a 5+ star rating and will certainly go back there again… It was beyond our expectations… A wonderful place to stay and we recommend it highly to other folks who might be considering a Nuevo Vallarta holiday by the beach… Thank you again Scott, & Natalia for a great stay & holiday….

Gem of a Condo

We recently stayed in this one bedroom condo and found it to be very clean with comfortable furniture. It was nice to be part of the resort and partake in activities such as Yoga on the beach and being able to use the gym facilities. It is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and walking distance to some very good restaurants. A minor Wifi problem was dealt with promptly by the owner who takes great pride in keeping everything in working condition. He was great to work with! We loved our stay in this condo and will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time!!!
