About this property

Fully air conditioned apartment with swimming pool , free WIFI and tennis court

The Apartment is situated inside the Residence Kormorano a large complex of fifty apartments in the town of Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda.
The residence is surrounded by typical olive trees, is 1 km from the centre of the town and 1,5 km from the beach.
The apartment is on two plans; on the first kitchen, living room and a bath room. At the second there are two double-bedrooms, a single bed-room and a bath room. Every plan has one balcony.
Television with sat-TV and free WIFI internet.
Swimming pool and tennis field are available for the clients.


Extra charge ( if needed )
7 euro per day for pet.
The cost for the air condition is 1 euro per kwh used .
The cost for the heating is 2 euro for every cubic meter of gas used.

Check in: after 4:00 p.m. , check out: not later than 09:30 a.m.

The swimming pool is available from 1st June till 30th September.

On 29th November 2013 Malcesine City Council established, by deliberation nr. 84, the Tourist Tax and approved the related regulation. On 1st April 2014 the tax applies to overnight stays for a maximum of 20 consecutive nights.

Perfect apartment

Clean spacious apartment, with good-sized balconies, and powerful air-con, perfect for our family of 4. Lovely 15m pool, fantastic views, 10 minute walk to the town. Very convenient, reasonably-priced (and good) restaurant only a 2 minute walk away. Tennis (bring your own rackets) and table tennis on site. We loved our stay and would return.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Lage des Appartements ist traumhaft: Fußläufig kann die Altstadt von Malcesine, den Hafen und Strand am Gardasee erreicht, auch wenn der stete Anstieg auf dem Rückweg in der Sommerhitze ganz schön schweißtreibend sein kann. Vom oberen Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Es gibt für die drei Schlafzimmer und den Wohn-Essbereich jeweils eigene Klimaanlagen, die nach Stromverbrauch abgerechnet werden. Die Anlage mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Tennisplätzen und schattigem Spielplatz ist gepflegt, die Amosphäre kinderfreundlich und ruhig. Parkplätze und auch Abstellplätze für Fahrräder gibt auf dem Gelände. Allein die Ausstattung des Apartments könnte mit wenigen Handgriffen deutlich verbessert werden (mehr Gläser und Besteck, Töpfe erneuern (Griffe werden heiß) , Balkontüren anpassen (schleifen über den Boden), Bedienungsanleitung für Waschmaschine (lautes Uraltmodell, funktioniert aber). Der Vermieter ist im persönlichen Kontakt unkompliziert und zuvorkommend.

Fantastische Aussicht

Auch wenn die Anlage schon etwas älter ist, befindet sich die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben die Aussicht vom Balkon in der zweiten Etage sehr genossen.Tennis, Tischtennis und Pool waren wunderbar.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben, man läuft ca. 15 Minuten in die Stadt und zum Strand, 10 Minuten zur Seilbahn und zum Bäcker. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Einziges winziges Minus sind die fehlenden Liegen für den Pool, aber das ist auch Ansichtssache.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, toller Blick, gute Lage

Netter Vermieter, alles sehr unkompliziert. Wohnung sauber, gute Betten, schöner Blick auf den See. Den Pool und den Tennisplatz haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, liegen schön umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Ort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Dejlig lejlighed med god beliggenhed og gode faciliteter

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Lejligheden havde en god beliggenhed lidt oppe i bjergene men kun 1 km fra Malcesine. Der var god udsigt over Gardasøen og samtidigt gode faciliteter med svimmingpool og tennisbane. Vi kan kun anbefale lejligheden.

Schönes Appartment mit toller Aussicht

Alles sauber, für 4 Personen perfekt da auch zwei Bäder (eins mit Wanne, eins mit Dusche), Küche grundausgestattet... Wir kochen gerne und haben recht hohe Ansprüche deshalb hat vielleicht das ein oder andere Küchenutensil gefehlt aber alles wichtige war da. Super nah zur Seilbahn, schnell in der Stadt auch wenn man zurück immer einen Berg hoch laufen muss. Vermieter super nett, hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell. Aussicht ist ein Traum!!!

Urlaub Malcesine 2017

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage, tolle Aussicht auf Malcesine und die Burg vom 1. Stock aus. Es war prima, dass wir eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern buchen konnten. Die Küche ist einfach, d. h. zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Aber für eine Woche okay. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise sowie sofortiges Erscheinen bei einem Stromausfall wegen eines starken Gewitters war problemlos und pünktlich durch Mr. Milani gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Sehr schöne Fewo, ruhig gelegen und mit phantastischem Blick. Die Schlüsselübergabe war komplikationslos und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung sauber und die Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir waren zu viert in Malcesine--fünf wären auch kein Problem gewesen. Die FeWo ist modern ausgestattet, hat Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, einfach, aber ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer, zwei große, möblierte Balkone...toll.Ein kleiner Pool erleichtert das Leben, weil man, um zu baden nicht an die Strändchen fahren muss. Wer Tennis spielen will, kann dies auf den beiden Plätzen der anlage (die fast immer leer stehen) tun. Der Vermieter ist total nett, kümmert sich gut um einen. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 12-15 min erreicht und wirklich eine Reise wert. Supertoller Urlaub--sogar die beiden mitreisenden Söhne (18 und 19) fanden es schön. Immer wieder gerne!
