THE TI BAMBO HOUSE

The Ti bambou house is a new vacation rental, standing and tastefully decorated.
Its area is 88m2 + a large terrace with swimming pool in a new private residence, 800 meters from the beach and shops from the cove to the donkey in Trois-Îlets.

On the ground floor is a private entrance, the kitchen with its bar opening onto the living room / TV area.
The living room is equipped with a dining table for 6 people.
On the furnished terrace you will find a small dining table for 4 people., a private pool and sunbathing to relax.

The houses are terraced, to ensure the privacy of our travelers, the garden is surrounded by palisades.

A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal for excellent grills.

You will also find on this level a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs are two beautiful air-conditioned rooms, a separate toilet + a bathroom with shower.

At 800 meters from the house, go to the beach of Anse-à-l'âne to swim, have lunch or dine in good restaurants on the beach or take the maritime shuttle to Fort-de-France.

THE ROOMS

The house Ti Bambou can accommodate 4 travelers in its 2 air-conditioned rooms.

Decorated with care, the rooms are composed for the first of a double bed 160cm + a wardrobe, and for the second one of a double bed 140cm + a wardrobe.

CONCIERGE

A concierge team accompanies you before and during your stay. They will take care of you with their concierge service and housekeeping.
They will be able to advise you on the activities to do in order to have a great stay in Martinique.

The beaches, shops / businesses, Anse-à-l'âne restaurants and the maritime shuttle to Fort-de-France are 800 meters away. The Marina, the beach of Anse Mitan and the shops of Pointe du Bout are 5 minutes by car.

Un bel endroit ou relaxer avec la piscine en revenant de la plage en fin de journée. Bien situé pour visiter( voiture ) , petite epicerie, restos et boulangerie à 7 minutes de marche. Maisonnette avec piscine dans résidence très bien placée

Première fois en Martinique, nous n'avons pas été déçus Nous étions 3, la maison était parfaite Communication parfaite avec Mickaelle mais aussi Magali qui était là pour nous accueillir (Merci pour le ti punch 😁). Accueil à notre arrivée, maison très propre, clim appréciable dans les chambres pour passer une bonne nuit, piscine pour commencer ou finir la journée en beauté Très bien placée, à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage de l'Anse à l'âne, de restaurants et de petits commerces, et de la navette maritime pour accéder à Fort de France Avec la voiture on est très bien placés aussi, de manière assez centrale pour visiter l'île, aller à Fort de France, mais aussi pour profiter des sublimes plages qui bordent la mer des Caraïbes (50min de la plage des Salines, qui passent très vite), à peine 15min pour l'anse d'Arlet où on a eu la chance de nager avec des tortues, ou encore aller gravir la montagne Pelée (2 petites heures de route) En un mot (enfin, 3) : tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé 15 jours en Martinique dans la villa Ti Bambou. La villa avec piscine est parfaite. Très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, salon... Villa au calme et sécurisée mieux qu’un hôtel ... très belle terrasse avec transats permet de profiter de la piscine et du soleil ... les 2 chambres et la literie sont très confortables Je vous conseille de louer cette villa si vous souhaitez passer des vacances reposantes, proche des belles plages, des restaurants et commerces ...
