8 nights in a lovely home in Via Citara, Forio. Great base for exploring locally and the Island. Roberto very good at communicating pre-visit. It would have been better if there had been some contact at all from Andreas on arrival, during, or at the end of our stay in the property. Thank you to Roberto.

L'hébergement est très bien placé, pour ceux qui souhaitent être à proximité de la plage et des restaurants, dans un endroit calme, facilement accessible en bus.Il manque juste quelques commerces de proximité pour se fournir en alimentaire (la supérette en bas de la rue est juste hors de prix !)La maison est typique de l'île. C'est ce qui fait son charme. Il manque juste quelques équipements.pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.La piscine n'est pas très grande, mais c'est bien appréciable pour se rafraichir en fin de journée.

Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lage Forios, recht ruhig gelegen, aber bei dem Preis von 1500 € für 9 Tage hätten wir uns mehr versprochen. Von den angeblichen 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten sind nur 4 nutzbar, die 2 zusätzlichen auf der Not-Couch in der Küche sind unzumutbar. Ein Badezimmer war ok, das ältere 2. fanden wir eine Zumutung, alter Duschvorhang, dunkelgraue Fliesenfugen, für uns keinesfalls akzeptabel. Am 1. Tag war des Wasserkasten der einen Toilette defekt, wurde prompte instandgesetzt, am 2. Tag hatten wir kein heisses Wasser, wurde auch sofort repariert. bedeutete aber, 2 Tage mehrere Stunden auf den Installateur warten zu müssen. Die angeblichen 100 qm Wohnfläche können nur unter Hinzurechnng der beiden Terrassen zusammenkommen, es gibt eine klene Küche, kein Wohnzimmer und keine bequemen Stühle. Das Mobiliar hat Campingcharakter. Freunde haben eine ähnlich große Wohnung 100 Meter von uns entfernt für 500 € gebucht bei deutlich besserer Ausstattung.

An amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Roberto's house in Forio! The location was perfect, with stores, restaurants, and the beach just steps away. The pool was larger than I had thought and was fun for the kids. The nightly sunsets were simply divine. The house was clean and well kept, and Roberto was communicative and kind. I can't recommend this house more! Thank you, Roberto!

Une superbe escale

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits chez Roberto et l'on n'imaginait pas à quel point la maison est parfaite. Elle est vraiment très belle, l'extérieur est super agréable, l'accès à la petite piscine est un vrai plus et on arrive à la mer en 5 min à pied. A savoir que ce n'est pas à Forio mais à la station balnéaire de Citarra, donc très peu de choses à voir sur place. Il faudra ensuite prendre la voiture ou le bus qui est vite bondé le matin. Je recommande fortement cette location pour un séjour d'escale, pour récupérer après des visites fatigantes.

Séjour détente en famille

Premier séjour sur Ischia avec 3 enfants de 5 à 11 ans. Le bus ligne 2 fait la liaison directement entre le port et a 200m de la maison. Les thermes sont à 5 min à pieds. Attention: seuls 3 bassins ouverts aux enfants... La maison se trouve dans une ruelle derrière la fontaine.. Calme et vue sur la mer.

Schönes Haus in sehr belebter Umgebung

Hübsches Haus und schöner kleiner Pool.Kurzer Weg zum Meer. Ideal, um zwei Generationen zu beherbergen. Wenn die Betten im kleinen Zimmer nicht so kurz und unbequem gewesen wären-eine echte Herausforderung für große Leute. Drei Gartenstühle rissen kaputt-sie waren offensichtlich schon etwas älter.Von den Hotels nebenan laute Discomusik und an einem Abend auch ein Feuerwerk.

Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Meer ist fantastisch und der kleine Pool einfach nett. Ein kleines Geschäft und mehrere Restaurants sind zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Roberto war für alle Anfragen immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub! Besonders empfehlen können wir eine Inselrundfahrt mit Skipper.

We had a family stay at the house. It's not cheap, but it was worth all the money. Close proximity to beach and supermarket, and a wonderful pool for relaxation in the evening. Not a lot of room, but then again. You spend most of the time on the terrace anyway.

einfach grandios!

entspannung pur mit einem fantastischen ausblick. an ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. nahversorgung im (einzigen) supermarkt etwas teurer, aber passabel. der (kleine) pool reichte uns völlig, für einen abstecher ins meer war es nur den hügel hinunter - und anschließend unter die außendusche am haus. auch die "hauskatze" haben wir liebgewonnen. allerdings waren die mücken - bei den meisten von uns - sehr erfolgreich, so dass wir auch nach zwei wochen noch an diese schöne (!) zeit erinnert werden.
