Two story cape cod style home in the heart of Old Madaket. Large yard for croquet or cocktails, ten minute walk from Millie’s and Madaket Beach. Town dock at the corner of the yard.

Four bedrooms and 3 baths. Upstairs: Master bedroom, king size bed and private bath. Two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath; two twin beds in one room, one queen and single trundle bed in other. Downstairs: queen sofa convertible bed with private bath.

Absolutely idyllic Nantucket stay!

My husband, 4 month old and 2 labs stayed here and we had the best time. The house was quite spacious and so cozy. The yard was perfect for the dogs to run around and the neighborhood was so nice to stroll around. Absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!

Just fabulous!

What a charming house! Beautiful location looking into the harbor! Very well stocked with supplies. We loved looking at all the books and family photos. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful home, sunsets and Millie’s

A lovely, comfortable, well-equipped home with sunset views, a walk to Millie’s, Madaket beach, and Smith’s Point. We had a wonderful restful fun-filled vacation.

This has been our parents home since 1992, they built it in 1985. Our father grew up spending summers in the house in front of ours - and we (four of us) spent summers in a small cottage behind our home.

This is the first time we have rented the home so we've discounted it while we improve the property and paint etc. Give us feedback!
