Light and airy home situated in Tom Nevers

Light and airy home situated in a quiet area of the island offers a tastefully decorated retreat well-suited for your family vacation. Great outdoor living spaces with outdoor furniture and a big grassy yard provide plenty of room for entertaining and play. Enjoy an outdoor shower when you come back from the beach!

The first floor consists of the front hall entry. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the hall, both ensuite. One bedroom with twin beds also has an additional day bed. There is a powder room and a utility room (washer/dryer).

The top floor gets the sea breeze coming through open windows and includes an open living room, kitchen and dining room as well as a deck with a grill. On the second floor is also the primary bedroom with king size bed ensuite bath.

*Note the home does NOT come with a car. If you plan to bring your car to the island, check ferry availability before booking.

Keelin was a lovely host, very responsive and proactive about giving us all information prior to the trip. The house itself is in a great location, close to town and walkable to beaches! Clean, quiet, true Nantucket Nancy meyers “esc”. Would most definitely stay again!!

Great house at the end of a quiet road. Spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, and upstairs deck with grill. House had plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. Check in and communicating with the owner was very easy.

Our family has spent countless summers in this Tom Nevers home, and while our parents won’t be using it much this year, we’re happy to open it up for others to enjoy.

The house has always been a gathering place – first for us as kids, and now with our own children. Long days at the beach, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, running barefoot through the grass, and heading into town to pick up a clam bake from Sayles Seafood to bring back to the beach for a sunset dinner.

We’ve kept the house bright, comfortable, and unfussy – perfect for relaxing after a day out and about. We hope it feels like a home base for your own easy, memorable Nantucket summer!
