Located 0.6 miles from the closest beach (ideal for fishing and beach driving). 1.2 miles to Surfside Beach and 2.4 miles to Main Street.
Secluded in the pines, with access to the bike path and nearby public transportation. Bright natural light throughout, with finished pine interior and cathedral ceiling in kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped. Full bathroom has shower and washer dryer. Cozy first floor queen bedroom and TV room with cable, WIFI and sleeper sofa. Additional spacious king master bedroom at garden level with bathroom and shower, plenty of natural light and privacy. Air-conditioning available throughout.
Large outdoor area with outside shower, deck, outside furniture and gas grill.

Our third stay! Owners are always welcoming and easy to reach. Cottage is immaculate, updated and thoughtfully stocked. Very comfortable beds and fantastic showers.Great location.. we will surely be back.

Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We got stuck in a storm and the hosts were able to work with us until the ferries were running again. The property is very very clean and comfortable, and walking distance to the beach and the bus station. If you’re considering this property, I recommend!

Lovely cottage near Surfside

Michael and Clair's cottage was the perfect home away from home for our family while visiting Nantucket. They gave us excellent recommendations and their property was immaculate. The location right on the bike path was a huge bonus - easy bike ride to Surfside beach, Cisco Brewers, Bartlett's Farm, and the Discovery Playground to name a few. Wonderful Secluded Stay

The host was fantastic about communication, very kind and organized. Not only was the house beautiful and spotless, they also provided us with recommendations all over the island for food, entertainment, etc. Would absolutely book again in a heart beat.

Sweet, sweet cottage

Mike and Claire are the perfect host. The cottage has everything you would ever need. This was our third summer here at the cottage. Perfect for my husband and I along with my son and his wife. We look forward to returning next year.

Our new “home away from home” on Nantucket! Photos on the listing do not do it justice; the house is perfectly clean, charmingly beautiful, and perfectly maintained. Could not be more perfect - hosts Michael and Claire are lovely and welcoming and have thought of everything you could need in a vacation rental (even stocked us up with firewood to use the fire pit!) and they live in a separate house nearby so they were accessible for any help we needed (recommended beaches based on the wind patterns, Michael helped us with a bike repair). We biked everywhere from the house and it was a very convenient, short bike ride to all of our destinations. We canceled our dinners out because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the house and outdoor dining under the stars (and you can hear the ocean waves)! The path to the house and the yard is filled with solar-powered outdoor lighting which made the yard feel magical and lit our path home after dark. Will absolutely be returning to this beautiful home with more family and would be perfect for children too.

Woinderful vacation rental!

Brand new; beautifully appointed; quiet and private; convenient to absolutely everything on the island. We've vacationed on Nantucket numerous times and this was, by far, our favorite rental home. (One of the best outdoor showers on ACK!) Mike and Clair are gracious hosts and immediately make you feel welcome and comfortable. With so many features and conveniences available (linens, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, (did I mention an outdoor shower?) it's a cottage that must be on your list. We will be back next year!

Can't wait to return!

Incredible! This was probably the most thoroughly equipped rental inside (especially the kitchen) and out (Weber grill, fire pit, firewood and picnic tables), and most efficient and helpful owners of all the rentals we've had the pleasure of staying in. The house is much roomier inside than the pictures show. The downstairs bedroom is HUGE with a separate entrance if wanted, and both floors have great, modern bathrooms with showers. Also loved the location -- central to the town and ferry port on the north shore, the beaches on the south shore, the airport, restaurants and everything east and west. This had SO much more to offer than a studio or room in any inn in both good weather and bad. On our rainy day, we had plenty of elbow room and space to hang out and move around.

This was my second stay at this adorable cottage, and I loved it even more than the first! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located - peaceful, yet close to everything. The space is spotless, thoughtfully designed and stocked with ALL you need, and full of charm. Morning coffee outside, beach walks nearby, and quiet evenings by the fire pit made for an unforgettable stay! It truly feels like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

A truly wonderful stay with incredibly gracious hosts. No detail here is overlooked. Every time we thought of something we might need or want, voila, there it was. The property is gorgeous both inside and out, private, and well-located. A perfectly situated place for our family of 3. Nantucket is one of the few places we re-visit, and we’ve re-visited frequently. We’ve stayed at many other great places all over the island. This is our favorite, by far. Thank you!

Nantucket adventure

My friend and I spent 4 nights at this amazing property. The house was wonderful and provided every possible convenience. The décor was warm and welcoming. Clair & Michael were so welcoming and gracious to us. We found their recommendations about restaurants and places to visit, helped us to make the most out of our visit to Nantucket. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owners were fantastic—so friendly and responsive, and they made everything so simple. Communication was seamless, and they were always available if we needed anything. The property itself is wonderful; the cottage was well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. Just as perfect as we remembered
