This rustic old beach house has been lovingly renovated with updated appliances, bathrooms while keeping it's charming character. Beachy house is right near “Children’s” Beach, walking distance from the Steamship Ferry and a block from downtown. We are right near the edge of the Brant Point area closest to town. Stroll home from dinner and cocktails. We are less than a block from the harbor and beach. We are doors away from the White Elephant Hotel and Lola 41.
The yard of our cute, little 3 bedroom two bathroom house is surrounded by privet hedges and feels quite private. Please note that the entrance from the driveway enters into the master bedroom located on 1st floor. We have one parking space in the small driveway. The house has central air conditioning. Our yard yard has a gas grill, table and chairs a swing and an outdoor shower so you can leave the beach behind! We think you'll love our cute house and especially the location!
Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.
