Newly renovated house in Brandt Point, right near town and Children's Beach

You could almost throw a frisbee to Children's beach area...well, if there wasn't a house in the way! Walk to the ferry and town and bars and restaurants. Super convenient location. Also close to our favorite restaurants at Lola 41 and the White Elephant. Tell the kids to try to find the secret bunk bed room! (hint... it's behind a bookshelf!)

During bad weather... we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location truly couldn’t have been more perfect—so convenient to everything while still feeling like the perfect Nantucket getaway. The house was great, comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was the ideal home base for an amazing weekend on the island. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic rental in Nantucket. Close to everything. No need for a car. So many great restaurants, bars, shops that you can walk to. Very engaged hosts. We will absolutely stay here again.

The Snuggery is the cutest little house with the best location! The house was extremely clean and beautifully appointed. The hidden bunk room was so cute and whimsical. It was perfect for a girl’s trip, with all four of us having plenty of space. We all loved our stay here and would absolutely book this house again!

We enjoyed this cute home so much! Ideal location, easy walk to shops & great restaurants in town & three different beaches. We had a car so got to do a lot of exploring, but public transportation on island seems great. The Snuggery is adorable, cozy & chic, super comfortable, stocked with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. Owner is super responsive, shared excellent recommendations, and access was extremely convenient. It was our first time on Nantucket, but we would love to return. The charm, history, and relaxation were wonderful. Highest recommendation.

Fantastic Location

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It was very clean, nicely decorated and easy walking distance to downtown and ferry. The bathrooms are recently updated as well. I highly recommend!
