I have transferable roundtrip car ferry reservations for the week of July 11-18th and and August 15-22nd, Saturday to Saturday. Please let me know if you would like more details.

Our modern-coastal style home is clean and bright and in beautiful condition. This is the perfect house for multi-generational reunions, a getaway with friends, or for two families to share. It is both senior-friendly (downstairs master & walk-in shower) and kid-friendly (with cribs, bunkbeds and stocked with games and toys). Bike to the beach and walk to town for dinner - it doesn't get more convenient than that! There is also off-street parking with two spaces if you decide to bring or rent a car.

Walk into a bright open living room that flows into a custom kitchen with Wolf range, a dining area that seats 8, and an island with 3 bar stools. Everything is fresh and clean with high ceilings, Nantucket breezes, and lots of natural light.

There are 4 total bedrooms - 3 with king beds. Two of the king bedrooms have en suite bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Both are large and spacious - the master downstairs has very high ceilings, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower and shiplap throughout. The master upstairs is light-filled with beautiful sunset views. There is also a bunk room that sleeps 4 (bunk with trundle and a twin-sized bed), and another bright and sunny room with a king bed. All beds have new memory foam mattresses and crisp Italian linens. There are plenty of new white towels in each bathroom as well as plenty of beach towels.

The house has a huge unfinished basement with ping pong table and basketball game as well as a separate TV room/Library on the first floor. An open living room with fireplace has plenty of room for a group to gather and relax.

Outside, you will find magnificent gardens and a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoor air, including an outdoor shower. Gather at the teak table for dinners to watch the sunset and late-night stars and meteor showers.

Great location! Walk directly up Main Street from town and Main Street becomes New Lane - a beautiful 10-minute walk. There are many ways to walk into town, each taking you through charming, historic neighborhoods. It's just over a mile to Stop&Shop and a half-mile walk to Something Natural.

We have 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and a cooler/beach bag. We also have plenty of games and toys for adults & children of all ages.

On the lower level, we a quiet office with a desk/chair & printer.

Stylish and Comfortable in a Great Location

We loved everything about this house. The location is a short walk to town, a short drive to Barlett's Farm, 167 Raw, Cisco Brewery and the beaches. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of room and is well stocked. We really enjoyed the patio off the kitchen, which is perfect for cocktails, grilling out and late night talks. We'll plan to stay here again.

The House for Nantucket Memories

We came back for our second year on Island and were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful house again. The kitchen is made for cooking great meals. The patio is perfect for grilling and eating in the evenings. The house is spacious with plenty of room. It’s elegant but casual - the perfect Nantucket home. We love the location. It’s an easy walk downtown or an easy drive to the beach, Bartlett’s Farm, 167 Raw and Cisco Brewery. Best of all the Julie is a fabulous and responsive host. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful Nantucket Home

Pictures don’t do the home justice. The decor is lovely and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The welcome bag was unexpected but perfect and Julie provided numerous recommendations in addition to the book they have for guests that contains lots of information on the area. The house was excellently cleaned and had other extras like spare beach bags and coolers. We’d absolutely love to come back again. One minor note- the lock on the outdoor shower needs a little maintenance but we used a towel to keep the door closed and that worked just fine. Thank you for a lovely first stay in Nantucket!

May Wine Festival weekend

I stayed at Julie’s house for a three-day weekend with a group of female friends. We are all in our 50s and at this point in life, we are picky about where we stay when we can getaway. This house did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and was stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. Julie was so accommodating and easy to work with. She checked in with me a few weeks before our stay and was available throughout the weekend when I had a few questions. We also appreciated the lovely gift bag with snacks and wine that she left for us at check-in. The walk to town was about 12 minutes, easy enough when the weather is nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat—thank you, Julie!

My family and I have stayed in various homes on ACK over the past few years (on New Mill, Orange, Cliff, and Union streets), and this house was probably our favorite of all of them. New Lane is a hidden gem. It’s a peaceful street but is a quick walk into town either down Main Street or through Meadow Lane. The Madaket and Cisco bike paths are just minutes away. It’s a great location because you have quick access to both town, the bike paths, and the south shore beaches. The home itself feels new. It is bright and modern. We loved the floor plan. The downstairs master is large and very private. The upstairs bedrooms are also spacious. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Our teenager enjoyed the basement with a pop-a-shot and ping pong table. With two living room areas, there was plenty of space for our family to spread out.The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect Stay

We just returned from a girls weekend at Julie’s stunning home! The house was spotless, and had all the essentials for a perfect getaway. From the beautiful decor, to the charming patio, the house was perfect. We were able to take nice walks to Main Street and enjoy afternoons outside on the patio. We look forward to planning future girl weekends at Julie’s home, and cannot wait to return!

AMAZING HOME!!!

This home was wonderful!!! Three couples stayed here and it was perfect...very comfortable and beautifully furnished! This home is fairly new and so well appointed. Incredible Nantucket House

This house was a dream! We had an amazing girls trip and the house is spacious and easily walkable into town for shopping, dinner and the patio area is wonderful for happy hours and reading with coffee in the early morning. It is a place you could live in as Julie thought of everything and the decor is gorgeous, comfortable beds and linens and spacious bathrooms. Julie was so helpful with recommendations before our trip for meals etc. I cannot wait to come back.

Family vacation

Our stay at 16 New Lane was magical! The house is spectacular! Truly beautiful and incredibly well-equipped. Spotless to boot! Julie is a gracious and thoughtful host who anticipated our every need. The house worked incredibly well for everyone - the teenagers could walk to town and bike to the beach. Those working from home were well set-up. The toddler loved the yard and all the children loved the basement games. There were copious beach towels and bikes and beach chairs. Julie thought of everything! Truly a five star property and a five star experience.

A welcoming home with everything you need!

We stayed at this gorgeous home to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday. Well appointed, well equipped- everything we needed was right at our finger tips! Julie was the best host, super responsive and has great suggestions for island spots to visit, eat and beach. From the linens to the decor to the appliances in the kitchen everything was top notch. We hope to be back again next year!

We had been visiting Nantucket for years and always dreamed of having a home in this magical place that we could share with family and friends throughout the year. We are so blessed to have been able to realize our dream and thank our lucky stars every day!

Why they chose this property

Convenience AND peace are hard to come by. Too close to town you have a lot of traffic and noise, too far from town and it's very inconvenient to get into town for dinner or shopping. We are a "reverse commute" - you can walk into town and drive or bike to beach and avoid traffic and really maximize your time rather than sitting in traffic or waiting for a taxi. We also love that a shuttle stop is right at the end of the street which takes you right to Madaket Millie's for dinner and sunset.

What makes this property unique

Having rented in Nantucket ourselves for years, we have a good understanding of how to properly stock a house. Renters have told us that the kitchen lacks nothing - we have truly tried to think of everything down to the smallest detail to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. To us, what's important is having a clean, bright space, crisp, white, luxurious sheets and towels, and the ability to take advantage of Nantucket breezes and outdoor space. And what's better than having the ability to walk to town yet still feel like you're "at the beach". The gardens also set this house apart - a lot of thought and detail have gone into our professionally landscaped yard, providing a lush and warm environment and beautiful night-lighting.
