Beautiful Custom Built Home with In-Ground, Heated, Salt Water Pool!

***We have transferable car ferry reservations available for 3 weeks of the summer 2024 season! Send an inquiry and we can include the ferry reservation with your rental!*** Enjoy all the best that Nantucket has to offer in this custom built family home. Located on Surfside Road, you are on the bike path, a mile from the beach, a short walk to Yummy's Ice Cream Shop, and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Nantucket.

Relax in the salt-water in ground pool, and rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Enjoy s'mores sitting around the bluestone firepit. The yard is complete with a swingset and climbing structure for the kids to enjoy. A large outdoor table and grill makes outdoor dining and entertaining a breeze!

This beautiful family home boasts an open floor plan with master bedroom (King) and laundry on the first floor. Custom bathroom with rainhead shower. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins), each with their own en-suite bathroom and high end fixtures. On the lower level, you will find a bedroom (queen) with a private en-suite bath and a bonus room with a queen-sized pull out sofa.

The house has everything you need to entertain your family including all linens, beach towels, chairs and toys. High chair and pack and play are also available upon request.

Perfect Family House

House is in perfect condition and has plenty of space for me and my family. 3 small children had the best time in the pool and swings in the backyard. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing!! Everything far exceeded the description and pictures. Very organized, clean, everything worked and the special touches added by Brianne really made our stay at Nantucket, perfect. Loved the pool, the quiet neighborhood and the fire pit. Perfect Stay for vacation

House was absolutely perfect for a family vacation in Nantucket. Well equipped for everything needed to make it easy and unforgettable week. House was very clean, with everything needed for babies to older kids. Location was great - close to surf side and to everywhere else on the island. The host was amazing and quickly to respod. The pool was just perfect and kids loved every minute in it. Highly recommend the house for families.A+ all around.

Perfect family trip to Nantucket

Our family trip to Nantucket and Crazy 8’s

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, Crazy 8’s. The house felt brand new with plenty of room for our family and also one guest for a few nights. Great attention to detail throughout the house. And well-appointed with everything you could need from beach and pool towels, to backpack beach chairs to super soaker water guns and games. The pool area and landscaping were incredible and a nice way to spend the late afternoon after time at the beach. Modern kitchen plus outdoor grill and firepit were a bonus. The house is ideally located on Surfside Road along the bike path, one mile from Surfside Beach and 1.5 miles from town. And close to bike rental and Yummy sandwich chop where we became regulars. If we ever return to Nantucket, we would definitely rent this property again. It was hard to leave and I hope future guests appreciate all of its beauty and amenities.

Beautiful house; lovely owners!

Our family spent two weeks at Crazy 8s, and it was a wonderful experience. The house is new, pristinely clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The owners could not possibly have been more gracious or accommodating; they respond to every request or question promptly and with wonderful attention to detail. The house is well thought out and of excellent quality, with fantastic water pressure and excellent a/c! The color palette is beautiful and the design choices are perfection. The laundry area is fabulous - conveniently located in the powder room, with new, clean, nice machines. We loved that every bedroom is en suite. The location is convenient to Surfside beaches and not far from town, plus there are local sandwich/ice cream/coffee shops and a bike rental just down the street. We have rented on Nantucket for many years, and this is probably the best house we've rented yet. While we didn't use it a ton, it's so nice to have a pool and the pool area of this house is very nicely landscaped, with market umbrellas for shade and a very clean grill. The outdoor shower is mildew free and again, very clean, which is a rarity on Nantucket. It also has a handheld sprayer, hooks for towels and a light - again, attention to detail is wonderfully rampant in this house. I have absolutely zero critical remarks on this house! I wouldn't put a huge number of people here - the living area is not enormous, but there is a great finished basement for kids and the house comfortably accommodates six. We had a wonderful vacation and are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay in this lovely house.
