Northern Exposure is very bright, fully furnished and well
equipped with all the essentials. This New England upside-
down house (with living areas upstairs, and bedrooms
downstairs) is just 0.9 mile from Main Street, Nantucket at 165 Orange Street and is
near bike paths, beaches, restaurants, banking/ATM and
grocery stores. A gas grill, full kitchen, dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, lobster-pot, bath and bed linens, cable TV and DVD all come with this rental. Other amenities include a radio/stereo/CD, off-street parking, washer, dryer, iron, ironing-board and deck.
In the Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) the weeks run from Sunday to Sunday.

Family stayed here previously. Love the house and its location. Roland is a responsive and great host, allowed for later check in and check out which we really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Thanksgiving Weekend

With our daughter interning on Nantucket, we were looking for the perfect spot for our family to visit her and celebrate thanksgiving together. This was it! Very roomy, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and Roland was responsive to any questions I had prior to our arrival. I hope we get to stay again! Thank you!

Girls Nantucket Getaway

A wonderful, much needed getaway with friends. Flawless communication with property manager. Off season allowed us to check in early and depart later. Central location was great. Weather was amazing for October. We brought a car and toured the whole island. Kitchen was well equipped and we had many of our meals in house. Wonderful stay. We will be back!

Fabulous Trip!

There were 5 of us that stayed at this house and it was truly incredible. The location is easy to ride your bike or walk to town. The house was incredibly cute, it's an upside down house, so family room is bright and airy. We loved every minute of our stay and Roland was more than generous upon our early arrival. A definite thumbs up to this house!

Amazing location- central & easily accessible

The house was a perfect location and great for a small group. The only negative is that the check in time is late in the day and the checkout time is super early with no flexibility for an early check in or late check out. Aside from that, no complaints!

Beautiful home and perfect location

The pictures did not do it justice! Beyond gorgeous and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Short 1 mile walk to town, right around the corner from stop and shop if you need anything and super close to the chicken box!

Roland’s property was honestly bigger than I was expecting. Very close to some great spots like the chicken box as well as close to the stop and shop. Overall highly recommend!

Great family rental

This house was immaculately clean, roomy with plenty of seating for dining, and had very comfortable beds. It is a five minute walk to groceries, coffee, and other food choices. It is about a 25 min walk into town which was fine on a beautiful fall weekend.
