We warmly welcome you for your summer vacation. Furnished classified within a house located in a hamlet of the city, surrounded by oaks. Environment ideally located in a residential area of Ajaccio, where life is good, located on the outskirts of the city and close to departures to the main roads of beautiful tourist destinations.

Our neighborhood is residential, quiet, located in the city but our house is far enough from the road not to suffer its inconvenience. Close to all amenities, local shops 3 mins walk. (bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, bank, butcher ...)
Ideally located at the edge of town, the apartment is:
- 5 kms from the city center
- near BEACH (6 kms),
- mountain, river (15mns)
-Serviced by bus line going directly to
center.
- 5 mins shopping center

Access to the main road axes is fast, facilitating the discovery of the island: Piana, Porto, Cargèse, Corte, Bonifacio .....

In order to visit Corsica, a car is advised. It can be parked in front of the apartment, within the confines of our property.
Living nearby, it is easy for us to make ourselves available.

Séjour très agréable au calme . J'ai apprécié l'accueil de Cécile , très disponible et de très bons conseils pour les découvertes de la régions . L'appartement est très bien situé proche du centre ville, des premières plages et des commodités ( Centre commercial, pharmacie...) . La voiture est tout de même indispensable.

Un T2 super pour un couple.

Quartier résidentiel aux abords d'Ajaccio, très bien placé pour organiser de nombreuses excurtiosns.En pleine canicule l'appartement reste frais.Les calanques de piana en rando ou en voiture (magnifiques!), randos pour voir les pozzines, le coucher de soleil sur les iles sanguinaires (une merveille!), la plage de Lava, etc...

Logement conforme au descrptif de l'annonce. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Bien placé pour visiter le sud ouest de l'île, proche d'Ajaccio mais à l'écart et au calme, dans un quartier résidentiel.
