Propriety des Cistes—Hyères

Our stay was wonderful. We had 22 family members and the way the house and other rooms are situated there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms comfortable. The house was very clean. There is plenty of room to have sit down dinners. The property manager was very responsive. He answered all our questions very promptly, provided information about the surrounding area and helped set up chef dinners. We could not have chosen a better place for our stay.

Beautiful house and location. Extremely helpful owner

The property is amazing, with a beautiful pool and sea views! Rooms were big and comfortable and the facilities were really good. It was well set up for such a big group with a large kitchen and 4 washing machines. Nicolas, the owner was exceptional in communication and helpfulness from the very start! He helped us find a chauffer for airport pickup and dropoff and day trips, as well as a chef for two special dinners. When we arrived he was there to help us get acquaintanted with the property. He was also very quick to respond to any issues we had. We would definitely stay at this place again if we are in Hyères again.

Beyond our expectations

We had the most fantastic trip! This property and location was beyond amazing. The pictures on the listing are accurate and beautiful. However, they don't do it justice. The views are amazing - and there is no way a picture could communicate the beauty of the property. The rooms are great, the facilities are great, and so was Nicolas. Full Chefs kitchen absolutely amazing outdoor grill, and the seating inside and out is perfect for large groups. Honestly, there was not one thing I could tell the owner to do to improve our stay. Nicolas was perfect to work with. Before our stay he answered every question we had certainly within 24 hours, but most of the time it was immediate. During our stay he was there for any questions we might have. He was a life saver! We arrived on a Saturday and had planned to get some wine on Sunday. For whatever reason, we were not able to buy wine on Sunday due to the time of day. BUT... I messaged Nicolas and he had some wine delivered to us that day. He went above and beyond in every way. I am lucky that I get to travel the world. I stay at many vacation rentals, and this one is among the top of my experiences, if not THE top. And, trust me, we had 28 people at the villa who are very picky. If you are in the area and need a villa this size - book it! You will not be disappointed.

Superbe !

Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis par Nicolas pour notre séminaire annuel. L’emplacement offre une vue extraordinaire sur le paysage alentours et les nombreuses terrasses permettent d’en profiter pleinement. La maison et le studios sont bien aménagés et permettent de se répartir en groupes. La spacieux salon permet de se retrouver tous ensemble. Les équipements sont nombreux et fonctionnels, notamment dans la cuisine où il ne manque rien. Nicolas est très agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Vraiment Exceptionnel

Que dire de ce lieu magique , le vue est tout simplement remarquable , les prestations sont de grande qualite les chambres / appartements et studio sont parfaitement realisea et la decoration et geniale. La sono dans la villa permet de passer de belle soiree et L espace piscine et bbq est top rien a redire. Le baby et terrain de petanque sont pratique nous avons pu feter en famille et amis mes 50ans, tout le monde a adorés. certe le tarif n est pas donné mais le cela vaux la peine. Point d attention est l horaire de mise a disposition et pourquoi pas rajouter un jaccuzzi :) . Je n oublie pas super disponibilite et gentillesse de l hote Nicolas et d Alisson qui aide sur place pour toute question

Maison très spacieuse et confortable, parfaitement équipé rien ne manque. Bien décoré, propre, accueil parfait, et propriétaire très sympathique. Une vue bluffante, un lieu privilégié, de l'espace et du confort autant a l’intérieur, qu'a l’extérieur. Idéal pour toutes saisons.
