House 'Les Jasmins' with pool in the heart of Luberon

Jasmins House is located in St. Saturnin the Apt, very good exposure and very calm

Les Jasmins is a Provencal village house located on a well-maintained plot of approximately two-thirds of an acre, a short walk from the charming village of Saint-Saturnin-d'Apt. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool. It is located in a group of other similar houses about a seven-minute walk from the village center. The furniture is mainly antiques from the countryside and the atmosphere is typically Provençal.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. Two large doors open onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the Lubéron.

At ground level there are two other bedrooms with double bed. Both bedrooms have French doors that open onto the garden and pool, from which there is a panoramic view of the mountains. These rooms share a full bath with a separate W. C.

On the ground floor are also a very comfortable living / dining room with leather armchairs and a sofa, a beautiful dining table and a stone fireplace. The kitchen, fully renovated in 1998, is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, a good size refrigerator, a washing machine and several countertop appliances. Other amenities include a color TV, stereo and telephone.
Les Jasmins has a spacious terrace where it is nice to have barbecues and dine outside. The medium sized pool has plenty of outdoor furniture and the surrounding garden is filled with colorful plantings
