5 min. walk to 5th Ave. followed by a 3 min. walk to the beach.

The condo complex is ideally located in a nice residential area & is gated with 24 hour security.
There is a Large swimming pool in the courtyard.
The unit features your very own outdoor patio facing the pool with outdoor furniture and a small BBQ grill.

After reserving with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and scan it back to us.
We will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $500.00 upon your arrival to the property, or via bank transfer after you have reserved.. We will collect these funds outside of the vrbo portal so that you won't be taxed. From the security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $80.00 and your electrical usage fee.
The remaining funds will be refunded to you at the time of your departure, providing that there are no damages to the property.

Heated pool, nice quiet residential area
We are so close to everything.
1 block to Mega Supermarket, bakery, Italian delicatessen, atm machines,
pharmacies and walk in clinic & a serviced laundromat( employees at laundromat will wash, dry, fold and bag your clothes for you.
5 minute walk to 5th ave. followed by the Mamitas and Kool Beach.
There is a kiosk on the beach offering water sports, deep sea fishing and diving.
2 minute walk to Don Sirloin and El Fogon restaurants
Around the corner from our condo are 2 restaurants that offer Mexican food ,
Grilled flank steak, Beer , Margaritas and most mixed drinks including nonalcoholic beverages.
If your in the mood for fresh fruit or veggie smoothie, there are 3 places close by.
5th avenue, is a 4 to 5 minute walk from our condo.
5th avenue, also known as La quinta, is a pedestrian walkway filled restaurants offering local and international cuisine. , shops, cafe’s and more.
Mamitas beach and cool beach are the closest beach to our condo
One will find bars and restaurants on the beach
We are close to water parks. One must see Xcaret .
A 5 minute taxi ride will bring you to the ferry docks where there are ferry's servicing transfers to the island of Cozumel.
A few blocks down from the condo is the ADO bus terminal, the busses have service to the Cancun airport and any other destinations in Mexico including Cancun and Tulum.
We are a 10 minute drive from a professional golf courses.
Near by public transportation to theme parks, Xcaret, Tulum and Cancun are available.
