This is the large one bedroom master suite with fully equipped kitchen.

This has a king bed in the master bedroom suite. Walk-in shower and jetted tub. Pull-out sofa in the living room. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dinnerware. Towels and linens included. Washer / dryer in unit. Vacation Club properties do not provide cleaning during your stay. You may request clean sheets and towels to change yourself.

The villas will face either the Atlantic Ocean or the Intracoastal. The actual view and floor are assigned by the resort when you check in. This is not a fixed apartment location.

I also have the two bedroom or studio available for some dates.

Marriott resort directly on one of Fort Lauderdale's most popular beaches. Close Convenient to attractions and the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.to restaurants and attractions. Park for $40 next door. Convenient amenities in the villa include a flat screen tv's, DVD player, free wifi. Everything is built to a high standard and updated / refurbished on a regular schedule.

The resort has lots of family activities and is just 3 blocks from Los Olas Blvd. and convenient to the Bahia Mar Yachting Center Marina. This is one of the best locations for the Pink and Orange zones with really big yachts North of Los Olas.

Beach place towers location is second to none.

The property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Availability of beach chairs was plus. Beach and shops were an elevator ride away. Room was exactly as David listed. Great for our family of four.

Beautiful Hotel

We loved the hotel and the view. Unfortunately, we are getting a little old for that location LOL. Loud music playing even for breakfast until late at night. If that's your thing, then this is the place for you.

The guest went during March Break, the busiest school break in the United States. I should agree, if you are not a slave to the school calendar then go a different time of year. She booked a studio and invited family. She asked me to find a larger villa for the same dates and I worked my ass off to find her a reservation and cancel the studio. I am actually very dissapointed in her review because she ignores how hard I worked for her. But, I agree: if you want peace and quite do not go here for Spring Break. Most other months are great.

Ft Lauderdale Beach Must Stay!!

David was amazing to work with....he is a timeshare guru! This property (Marriott BeachPlace Towers) was perfect for our trip to Tortuga Fest. A very short walk (.4) to the main entrance. The full kitchen was a blessing with the teenagers... all the luxuries of home at our fingertips.... We will definitely use David in the future! Thank you again David for all the tips. Angela Guttery

Great Stay!

Perfect location fir our event. Great proximity to great restaurants, really nice pool and hot tubs. Will definitely look to stay here again! David was very responsive to all questions—he really helped the stay go smooth!

Tortuga is a fun Country Music Festival on the Fort Lauderdale Beach. Marriott BeachPlace Towers is easy walking distance and one of the closest hotels to the concert.
