4 superb double rooms including two master suites, dressings, 3 beautiful and large contemporary bathrooms with views on the landscapes.

The living room offers a large bay window of 4 meters high overlooking:
- the pool (fully automated and heated)
- the park of 1 hectare, wooded of Mediterranean essences and beautiful trees
- a superb open view on the massif of the Maures and the village of La Garde Freinet.

Italian designer kitchen with high-end appliances, including gas hob, steam and integrated wok. Indoor dining room totally open to the Park.

Outdoor covered dining room (heated if necessary for the half-season) equipped with a design summer kitchen (fridge, BBQ,...) with magnificent view and direct access to the swimming pool and its beaches. Outdoor design lounge, parasols, sun loungers.

This property is as enjoyable to live indoors as it is outdoors.
Housekeeping service included, guarded house and presence of the gardener for the park and the swimming pool every week.

The village of La Garde Freinet is at walking distance. Magnificient Villa with stunning views and garden

Spacious and exceptionally designed and decorated villa set in a beautifully landscaped large garden. The amenities like heated pool, high quality sunbeds exterior kitchen with BBQ and plancha and not to forget the boule place, made our holidays very relaxing and unforgettable. Amazing house, views and surrounding

This house is a treat! We loved everything about it! 5 Stars!!! We enjoyed sitting under the heaters in the "outdoor room", had bbq's, swam in the pool and played yard games. The view from the garden and also from every room is spectacular! It is a peaceful spot on earth, but not far from Restaurants, wine shop markets and ritzy St-Tropez. We loved our vacation in this house and give it a 5 star experience. Marie, the owner of the house has been extremely helpful, very responsive and super friendly. She made the experience even better! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. If you will take us as your guests again, we would love to come back next year!

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 weeks in Marie's stunning villa on the outskirts of La Garde Freneit. The villa is at the end of a country lane on a large parcel of very secluded land which gives total peace and quiet in a very private setting. Outdoors, the pool area and seating is first class and the large covered outdoor kitchen was very well used indeed. The bedrooms are large with two upstairs sharing a bathroom without a shower and the master bedroom having both a very modern bath and a very large walk-in shower with glass sliding doors. Two of te upsatir bedrooms have view over the garden to the village. Downstairs, there is another large bedroom which has a large bathroom with shower, this has glass doors which lead on to the pool. The kitchen is large and very well equipped and also there is a very large utility room and dining room area. The living area is very large with comfortable seating for at least 8 people. The TV has all the popular cable channels such as canal, Bein Sports etc for no extra charge. There is also a super Sonos sound system with outdoor as well as indoor speakers. The village is a 7 minute drive away and is adorable with a good bakery, Spar supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, cafe's and also a good range of restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back again in the future as it is one of the best villas that we have every stayed in. Thanks again Marie x

Exceptional property

A fantastic villa, excellent location for La Garde Freinet (20 minute walk), Le Plan de La Tour and all surrounding villages and coast. Very well equipped with a lovely covered outdoor dining and kitchen area with large wine fridge, superb BBQ and beautiful modern kitchen inside. Comfortable bedrooms with excellent silent air conditioning, comfortable beds and excellent shower. Stunning and beautifully maintained gardens and pool, the pool is very large and suitable for swimming lengths for exercise. There are many country walks directly from the villa, details are found on many exercise apps or from the local tourist office. All walks are very well signposted. A completely peaceful setting with no noise and no neighbouring properties are visible or can be heard and amazing views. 100% private. The property receives full sun all day until very late in the evening, but there is plenty of shade available. Marie was very helpful with booking and checking in and available very quickly with replies. We loved our stay there and will be returning next year for an even longer stay. If in doubt about booking, don't! Just book it!

Wir haben 3 wundervolle Wochen als 4-köpfige Familie in diesem Objekt verbracht. Unser Aufenthalt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr modern. Die Villa verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten mit großem Swimmingpool, beides wird regelmäßig durch den Gärtner gepflegt. Die Eigentümer und auch die Verwalterin vor Ort waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten.

idyllic and recreative summer vacation

We spent our summer vacation in this villa, as a group of 5 adults. The property offers modern equipment and and is nicely decorated with modern and comfortable furniture. We spent most of the times in the generous garden with comfortable sun beds and the pool. The barbeque and the terrace were very inviting to spend the evenings. The house is situated in the hills, with nice view to the village, away from the hustle and bustle of St Tropez but still close enough to reach the sea and St Tropez within a short drive. We felt blessed to stay in this calm neighborhood, and did not miss anything. The house offers the perfect place to spent a vacations with family or friends. The floor setting is smart to offer everybody enough privacy with modern bathrooms. The property is well maintained and can be recommended highly.

Magnifique villa, complètement conforme à la description, il y fait aussi bon vivre à l'extérieur (nous avons eu un peu de pluie, mais c'était très agréable de profiter de la vue du salon, d'un bain relaxant ...) qu'à l'extérieur (nous avons aussi eu du soleil). La vue est magnifique où que l'on soit ! Très belle décoration intérieure mais également extérieure .... On se sent comme dans un bel hôtel 5 étoiles, mais juste nous ! Spéciale dédicace pour la piscine chauffée, pour la cuisine extérieure et le système son dans le jardin. Très belles randonnées accessibles depuis la villa. Marie la propriétaire a été très réactive et très attentionnée ! Bref nous reviendrons les yeux fermés, à deux ou en famille

Maison magnifique avec une décoration soignée. Confortable, lumineuse avec une mention spéciale pour la sublime cuisine d'été et la qualité du système de diffusion du son dans la maison et le jardin. Piscine chauffée, couloir de nage très agréable. Meubles outdoor de très bonne qualité et très confortables. Une vue sublime sur le village, un jardin magnifique et un calme absolu, font vite oublié que le village n'est pas tout proche. La vue et la maison sont bien plus belles que sur les photos. La maison est au bout d'un chemin mais on ne se sent pas isolés. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. L’accueil sur place était également au top avec les règles d'hygiène spécial Covid très respectées. Nous reviendrons !

Très jolie villa, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’a l’extérieur. Grande piscine très agréable.
