Beautiful house by the sea

Old school, recently renovated 180m² (4 bedrooms) 400m from the sea (landing beaches) and 15min from Caen.
Big stay / living room of 70m ² with opened kitchen, television, babyfoot.
Enclosed garden of 700m ² with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, hut for child and sandbox.

Ideal to spend holidays with family or friends in Normandy.

Looking for a recent, contemporary house, with complete and modern equipment. We offer our house of character. Renovated in 2016, you will enjoy 4 bedrooms, ideal for 6 adults and a child. 1 cot is available for an extra baby.
If you enjoy the proximity of the sea and the historic places of the landing beaches.
You will be able to benefit from a closed ground of 700m ², located in a commune of seaside with 15min of Caen.
The terrace and the barbecue call for conviviality. They will contribute to the good times that you will spend together in our house.

We provide duvets, pillows, sheets and towels (1 towel per person), for 7 people.

Une très agréable maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables à Lion sur mer. La maison était conforme à nos attentes, peut être mieux que sur les photos ! La rue est tranquille, la maison spacieuse, bien disposée, très bien équipée et proche de la mer (10 minutes à pieds sans enfants en bas âge). De belles balades à faire au bord de la mer à pied ou en vélo. Nous avons eu en revanche des difficultés à trouver un loueur de vélo avec des vélos disponibles et en bon état entre lion sur mer et Ouistreham. Nous les emporterons la prochaine fois.

Great place, great town, great owners

Caroline and her husband were absolutely the best, place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.
