About this property

The apartment is located in a small luxury residence (Cap Morgat) facing the bay of Morgat, in a quiet area.

Large terrace with 2 sunbeds, a table and 4 chairs. The terrace allows you to enjoy the spectacular ocean view without vis-à-vis. Come breathe the sea air!

Direct access to the beach by a staircase at the foot of the apartment.

Heated pool in season facing the sea, deckchairs.

The apartment consists of an entrance, a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room with 2 sofa beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.

The bed is made on arrival and the linen is provided.
A deposit of 100 € is requested and will be returned 1 week after departure if everything is OK.
We have 2 apartments for rent, they are side by side, 2 families or couples of friends can enjoy together while having their own apartment.

Morgat is a family seaside resort, nestled deep in the bay of Douarnenez. Morgat is the beach of course (mythical beach of the virgin island) but also sports activities (board, paddle ...), hiking in the beautiful peninsula of Crozon: the GR 34, the cape of the goat , the tip of Dinan, Pen Hir, the tip of the Spanish ...
You are 15 minutes from Camaret and its fishing port, the Vauban tower, the chapel of Rocamadour ...
Departures for the island of Sein are offered to you on the last Sunday of June, every Sunday in July and August and the first Sunday of September of the port of Camaret. Allow about 1 hour crossing (Penn An Bed shipping company)
Always from Camaret, from mid-April you can also reach the islands of the Iroise Sea: Molène and Ouessant

Bonne conception de l'appartement situation excellente. L'hygiène et la propreté ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Un relooking ne serait pas de trop. A 170 euros la nuit, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas.

Trotz kleiner Mängel wollen wir dieses Appartement E01 nochmals buchen!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben die Ferien im Appartement E01 in Pierre & Vacances in Morgat sehr genossen. Die wunderschöne Lage so direkt am Meer und die geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung der Wohnung haben uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ließ die Ausstattung der Küche Einiges zu wünschen übrig! Es gab zum Beispiel kein vollständiges Salatbesteck, keine Eierbecher und das Besteck war nicht sehr ansprechend. Eine der Bratpfannen wurde von Vormietern überhitzt und nicht ersetzt worden, das wurde übersehen und die Pfanne nicht ausgetauscht. So etwas darf man den Gästen nicht zumuten. Es war zwar eine zweite Pfanne da, aber manchmal braucht man eben zwei. Bei dem Toaster waren die Bügel zum Brötchen aufbacken defekt. Mit einem Kabelbinder um die Bügel konnten wir ihn noch benutzen. Auch die Gläser hätten wir uns ansprechender gewünscht, sie waren vom vielen Spülen in der Maschine milchig und blind. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse wäre angebracht. Da wir oft von der Terrasse aus zum Meer gegangen sind wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man die Terrassentüre von außen wenigstens hätte zuziehen können, das als Anregung. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit ab wann man für 2024 buchen kann. Dieses Appartement E01 hätten wir gerne für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht! Wunderschöne, ruhige Wohnung direkt am Meer

+ Lage direkt am Strand von Morgat und Zugang zu Pool + Wohnung mit Schlüsselbox (stressfreier Check-In, Schlüssel muss nicht mit an den Strand mitgenommen werden) + grosser Sandstrand mit grossen begehbaren Grotten + wunderschöne Küste mit guten Wanderwegen erschlossen + viele Strandaktivitäten möglich (Kayak, Paddeln, Surfen) + Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr freundlich + Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Strassenlärm, man hört nur das Rauschen des Meeres + Ausstattung in der Wohnung -

Tout est réuni pour un séjour inoubliable.Excellent contact avec les propriétaires qui font tout pour nous accueillir dans le plus grand des conforts.Situation vraiment exceptionnelle, accès direct à la plage ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner chaque jour sans devoir se déplacer ce qui est extrêmement confortable.Appartement très bien agencé .. vraiment à recommander.

Bel appart, très bien situé

L'appartement est idéalement situé, directement en bord de mer avec vue imprenable sur la rade de Douarnenez. Très agréable pour 2 personnes. En dehors des sports nautiques, beaucoup de possibilités de rando en bord de mer. Un seul petit reproche, 2 plaques chauffantes, pas de four et pas de grand faitout, donc pas adapté pour les personnes aimant cuisiner. Mais, j'ai découvert le dernier jour que le marayeur, à Super U, faisait cuire les crustacés. Séjour très réussi, par un temps magnifique.

AGREABLE SEJOUR EN BAIE DE MORGAT

Appartement très bien situé dans résidence Pierre et Vacances, avec vue mer, accès direct à la plage, piscine avec vaste solarium. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'île vierge est à proximité via le GR 34, sans oublier toutes les curiosités de la presqu'île de Crozon : cap de la Chèvre, pointe de Pen-Hir, ... . Que la Bretagne est belle ! L'appartement est petit mais très confortable et dispose d'une vaste terrasse. L'accueil des propriétaires est fort sympathique. On ne peut que vous recommander de louer cet appartement.
