Cottage for 6 people in the countryside

Between Hautes Alpes and Alpes de Haute Provence is a cottage created in 2012, the hamlet of Gaillaches located in the town of VENTEROL in the countryside, the view is clear and offers a mountain panorama and above all a soothing calm where it is good to be rest. The cottage accommodates up to 6 people, it is duplex and its surface is 100 M², therefore spacious.
a sitting area (sofa and television), dining room and built-in kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, electric kettle, raclette machine)
and a toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with in each bedroom 1 bed for 2 people and 1 bed for 1 person, a bathroom (shower + vanity unit with mirror) and a WC.

outside you have a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, swing and barbecue and also a garden and behind the sheds hides a swimming pool 9X4 fully fenced out of sight, and ping pong table and on the place of the hamlet a ground of petanque balls.

10 minutes from GAP-TALLARD aerodrome.
20 minutes from GAP (Hautes-Alpes).
30 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon (the largest earth dam in Europe).
In summer: you can practice white water sports, via ferrata, climbing, parachuting, glider, paragliding ...) also many hiking, horse riding and mountain biking.
In Winter: downhill skiing (Saint Jean de Montclar, Chabanon, Ancelle, ...) and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on Venterol.

At 5 minutes, a small village of Tallard with its castle and its shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, tobacconist, hairdresser, florist, post office, banks, distributors, doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacy) and INTERMARCHE aerodrome direction with Gas station

Bed linen rental: 10 euros per bed
Towel rental: 40 euros (for 6 people).
Cleaning service: 40 euros.

* Tourist tax per night: 0.90 € / person (Minors are exempt from the tax).

* Closed from November to March.
