Charming cottage with pool

Old barn converted into a cottage on the edge of the Landes forest, 2 steps from the vineyards of Sauternes and pretty castles (Cazeneuve, Malle, Roquetaillade, Filhot, etc ...) and 1 hour from Bordeaux and beaches.
Very quiet environment in the middle of pines and a few minutes walk from the village (bakery, press, pharmacy, supermarket ...).
Large garden open on the forest with pool 6x12m secure, garden furniture, barbecue / plancha, ping pong table + other outdoor games, bicycles available.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 1 small room for a baby with all the baby equipment available if needed.
Very well equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine among others) + washing machine / dryer, TV / DVD player, Wifi

Maison tres agréable, au calme

Très belle propriété, grand jardin, calme, grande et belle piscine. Maison bien équipée. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Armelle et Nicolas ont été très accueillants, arrangeants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Armelle et Nicolas nous ont très bien accueilli, avec de bons conseils et des produits locaux. La maison est top : petits et grands ont trouvé leur bonheur. Il y a plein d’équipements en très bon état : table de Ping Pong, tables pour manger dehors, matériel pour bébé, matériel en cuisine ... la piscine est sécurisée et très agréable. La région permet de belles visites. La maison est située dans un coin de campagne : idéal pour le repos et la tranquillité Nous recommandons avec plaisir

Nous étions ravis d'accueillir Valérie et sa famille qui ont été des hôtes parfaits. C'est une famille vraiment très, très sympa avec qui la communication est facile, on avait presque l'impression de les connaître depuis toujours ! Ils ont laissé la maison et les extérieurs en parfait état, ce qui est très agréable et appréciable.

Nous étions 8 amies parties pour un petit week end à la campagne. Armelle nous a parfaitement accueillies, la maison est très propre un environnement superbe et une piscine avec terrasse juste parfaite. Merci !

Superbe séjour !!

Armelle et Nicolas sont extrêmement sympas, prévenants, et pleins de bons conseils pour découvrir la région (notamment pour le vin, Nicolas étant négociant) :) Et la maison est vraiment très agréable : jeux, piscine, les bois aux alentours, le calme... vous avez tout pour des vacances reposantes ! Je recommande absolument !!
