About this property

Fully Remodeled Home Walk to Lambeau/Bars/Resch

Shadow Lane sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field. It is a short residential street that runs parallel to Lombardi Avenue, close enough that you hear the stadium on game day and still come home to a quiet block at night. Walk to Lambeau, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the Holmgren Way bars. Park in the driveway and walk when you can.

The house has been through more updates in 2026 than we can list: new siding, windows, doors, trim, and floors, a new kitchen, refreshed baths, new bedding and décor, a rebuilt living-room wall, a redone garage interior, Polywood inside and out, and a Tesla Universal EV charger.

Living room:
Custom media wall with a three-sided electric fireplace, Roku TV, Sonos soundbar, and sub. Sectional plus a queen sleeper. This is the indoor room for a Packers game when the weather is ugly or the garage is already full. The welcome guide is here with WiFi, house notes, fireplace and thermostat tips, EV charging notes, and how everything works.

Kitchen:
New cabinets, counters, and appliances. Cookware, dishes, and glassware for the group. Stocked Keurig Duo — pot or single cup. Easy for a slow morning before a stadium tour, or a late plate after a night game.

Sleeping:
Main-level king: Sapphire mattress, Beckham Hotel Collection bedding, blackout shades, Roku TV, space for bags.

Main-level queen: same bedding, blackout shades, Roku TV.

Upper bedroom: two queen Sapphire mattresses, hotel bedding, blackout shades, Roku TV. Best room for two couples or several kids.

Upper common area: Twin XL.

Living room: queen sleeper.

Baths:
Two updated full baths with walk-in showers and new vanities. Bathrooms are fully stocked — toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and other essentials. Extra towels and linens are provided. New washer and dryer.

Entertainment garage, patio, and yard:
Multiple Roku TVs, surround sound, refrigerator, ping pong, yard games, seating, and an infrared heater for cold weekends. New Polywood in the garage and backyard. Covered patio with a hard-piped natural gas grill — no propane tank to change. Two 6-foot folding tables and eight folding chairs for extra seating inside or out. Partially fenced yard. Return games and furniture to the garage when you are done. Pregame here, walk to the stadium, walk back, and keep the house for sleeping.

Parking and charging:
The driveway holds about six vehicles, depending on size. Use the driveway first. Street parking is limited on Packers weekends. Tesla Universal Wall Connector for guest EVs, not Tesla-only. Details are in the welcome guide.

Getting in:
Enter through the side door. A 4-digit code is sent 24 hours before check-in and works for the full stay. You have the house, garage, patio, yard, and driveway.

Pets:
Pet friendly. Keep pets off the furniture and clean up in the yard.

The neighborhood:
You are on a real Green Bay street next to the stadium, not in a hotel cluster. On Sunday the walk to Lambeau is the point: no shuttle, no lot hunt. On Tuesday the same walk is quieter — stadium tours, the Packers Hall of Fame, the Pro Shop, and Titletown without the crowd.

Titletown is the Packers-built district next door. Full-size football field, Shopko Optical Playground, year-round ice ribbon, and Ariens Hill. Summer movies on the hill. Winter tubing and skating. 46 Below is under the hill for something quick. Hinterland is the brewery and restaurant most guests plan at least one meal around. BelAir Cantina, Homefield Pub + Social, and 4th & Strong cover tacos, pub food, and coffee. Lodge Kohler’s Taverne in the Sky is the sit-down dinner with a view.
Holmgren Way is the other walk. Stadium View, The Bar, Anduzzi’s, and D2 Sports Pub are the usual pregame and postgame stops. Badger State Brewing and Green Bay Distillery are close if you want beer or a pour that is not a sports bar. Across Ridge Road, Kroll’s West has been the butter-burger stop next to the stadium for decades. Inside Lambeau, 1919 Kitchen & Tap works before a tour or a game.
The Resch Center is the indoor venue for concerts, hockey, and other events. If you booked this house for a show rather than a Packers game, you still walk.
Packers gear is at the Pro Shop and Titletown. Groceries and larger retail are a short drive at Bay Park Square. Downtown Green Bay is a short drive, not a walk: Broadway shops, the seasonal farmers market, and Titletown Brewing in the old train depot on the river.

Game day versus the rest of the week:
Game weekends get loud on Lombardi and quieter once you turn onto Shadow Lane. Use the driveway. Walk to the stadium. After the game, walking back is usually faster than a rideshare in stadium traffic. Non-game stays are the same house with more room — Titletown, a brewery dinner, a Resch show, or a night in the garage with the heater on.

Getting here:
Green Bay Austin Straubel Airport (GRB) is about five miles, usually 10 to 15 minutes. Uber and Lyft operate at the airport and at the house. Airport rental counters include Avis/Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and Alamo/National. Green Bay does not have a passenger train station. Intercity buses use the Transit Center at 901 University Avenue. Green Bay Metro serves the Lambeau area and often adds game-day shuttles. Check greenbaymetro.org for current routes.

Game weekends and pricing:
Packers home games and announced special events in the greater Green Bay area may have different pricing. If dates you already booked are later named as a game or special-event weekend, we will contact you.

Neighborhood expectations:
Use the house, garage, yard, and grill. This is a residential street. Keep noise down, especially later at night. Move louder gathering into the garage and close the door. Respect the people who live on this block year-round.

Both owners of Outside the Box Properties live in Green Bay. Contact information is provided with your confirmed reservation. We are happy to answer questions about the area.

About the host

Hosted by Outside the Box Properties, LLC

Host profile image

We’re both from Green Bay. Born here, raised here, still here. We host because this city is better from a real house than from a hotel — especially on Shadow Lane, the little street that sits in the actual shadow of Lambeau Field.

Walk to the stadium, Resch, the bar district, and Titletown. Come back to a remodeled home and an entertainment garage built for a group that wants to stay put after the event. Packers weekends are loud here. The rest of the year it’s concerts, conventions, weddings, and people who just wanted to be this close.

We’re Packers fans. We also know Green Bay runs twelve months. We keep the place clean, stocked, and easy to get into because that’s what we’d want after a drive. Message us. We answer. If you need a walk-time to the gate, a dinner idea, or a heads-up on event traffic, ask. We’re local, and this street is why we do this.

Why they chose this property

Shadow Lane sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field — a short residential street that runs parallel to Lombardi Avenue. That is why people book this block: you walk to the stadium, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the Holmgren Way bar district instead of hunting for parking.
Visit

Lambeau Field is a few minutes on foot. Take a stadium tour, see the Packers Hall of Fame, and shop the Packers Pro Shop even when there is no game. Titletown is the Packers-built park next door: a full-size football field, Shopko Optical Playground, year-round ice ribbon, and Ariens Hill for summer movies or winter tubing. The Resch Center is the walkable indoor venue for concerts, hockey, and shows.
Eat

Stay close and you eat well. Hinterland is the farm-to-table brewery in Titletown. 46 Below sits under Ariens Hill for casual bites. BelAir Cantina, Homefield Pub + Social, and 4th & Strong cover tacos, pub food, and coffee. Inside Lambeau, 1919 Kitchen & Tap is the atrium gastropub. Across Ridge Road, Kroll’s West is the local institution for butter burgers. On Holmgren Way, Stadium View, The Bar, Anduzzi’s, and D2 Sports Pub are the classic pre- and post-game stops. Badger State Brewing and Green Bay Distillery are a short walk for craft beer and spirits. Lodge Kohler’s Taverne in the Sky is the nicer dinner with a view.
Shop

Packers gear at the Pro Shop and Titletown shops. Everyday needs and bigger retail are a few minutes by car at Bay Park Square. Downtown Green Bay (short drive) adds Broadway boutiques, the farmers market in season, and Titletown Brewing inside the old train depot.
Why this neighborhood works

Game weekend, you leave the car in the driveway and walk. Non-game days, Titletown is still open — playground, skating, dinner, a quiet walk around the stadium. You are in a real neighborhood, not a hotel strip, with everything Packers fans come here for within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Shadow Lane is what makes this house different. It sits in the shadows of Lambeau Field, on a short residential street that runs parallel to Lombardi Avenue. You walk to the stadium, Titletown, the Resch Center, and the Holmgren Way bars. Most groups park once and do not move the car until checkout.

The house was built for that kind of stay. It went through a full update — new siding, windows, floors, kitchen, baths, bedding, décor, garage interior, and backyard furniture — so the walk home is to a finished house, not a worn rental next to the stadium. The living room has a custom media wall with a three-sided fireplace, Roku TV, and Sonos. Bedrooms have Sapphire mattresses, Beckham Hotel Collection bedding, and blackout shades. The kitchen is new and stocked, including a Keurig Duo.

The entertainment garage is the other half of why people book this block: TVs, games, infrared heat, Polywood seating inside and out, and a hard-piped natural gas grill. Pregame here, walk to Lambeau, walk back, keep the house for sleeping. Driveway parking for about six vehicles and a Tesla Universal EV charger for guest EVs, not Tesla-only.

You are on a real neighborhood street, not a hotel strip. Local Green Bay owners. Use the garage. Keep the block respectful.
