▪︎NO PETS = $100 Extra Fee
▪︎NO SHOES = $100 Extra Fee - Help us keep dirt & germs to a minimum.
▪︎EXCESS CLEANING FEE= $150
** Extra Cleaning Fee: If the home requires extral cleaning due to excessive trash, dirt or wear & tear from guests, additional fee will be charged**
▪︎NO UN•REGISTERED GUESTS = $100 **Additional Fee + $69 extra guest fee will be charged if you invite extra Guests WITHOUT prior approval. After first 2 guests, a charge of $69 per person / per night will be charged.

▪︎NO LOUD NOISE‐ Please be considerate of the Neighbors. No loud noise before 9am or after 9pm.
▪︎DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY IF YOUR VEHICLE LEAKS (pleanty of on street parking in front of home).
▪︎CHECK OUT 11am - Need a late check-out....just ask. IF I can accommodate you, I will. If late check-out is NOT approved by Host = $100 additional charge.

Guests will have exclusive access to house only. Garage not included

▪︎Guests must be over 25 & provide a valid driver’s license or ID
▪︎Parties & unauthorized gatherings are "strictly" prohibited!
▪︎HOSTS DISCRETION:
1. Guests can NOT live closer than 25 miles from the home (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
2. Sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions (only applies to reservations of 30 days or more)

▪︎Strict ZERO tolerance policy regarding parties, smoking inside, UN-registered guests & loud noise.
▪︎The number of people who spend the night may not exceed the number of guest's on your reservation. If you book for 2 people, only 2 people may stay. You book 7 people, upto 7 may stay.
▪︎ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE - First 2 guests are included in the nightly rate. Guests 3 through 7 = additional $69 per person / per night.

Both Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, large fluffy towels, hairdryer (Linen closet ).

CDC cleaning & sanitizing policies are taken VERY seriously! I would appreciate your help keeping my home clean & sanitized by taking off your shoes inside (leave shoes on rubber mat next to front door).
■ PLEASE bring a clean pair of slippers, sandals, flip flops or shoe covers.
