1/2 Duplex with private driveway off-street parking (2 cars adjacent just 20' from front door). 1300 s.f. , great kitchen appliances and granite finishes. Just 16 minutes to the Columbus Zoo! 1 block to the Riverside Methodist Hospital and route 315 OR 3 min. walk to High Street. 5-minute drive to the OSU stadium, and just 6 mins. to downtown Columbus. 1/2 block to the peaceful Olentangy Bike/Walking trail access. House rehabbed top to bottom in 2018. Open 1st floor, granite island, gas cooktop, 65" flatscreen, 2 king beds. Great location for medical professionals looking for well appointed temp housing. Immediate access to route 315 /OSU campus with a plethora of nearby breweries, art galleries, local restaurants, and furniture stores all within a short walk, scooter ride. High speed Wi-Fi. Hospital/ occasional emergency vehicles/sirens. White noise machines and back bedroom work great for most, Let us know if you need both sides of the house to double up for your stay.

Great home for our quick weekend

We were in town for a short weekend and chose this duplex property to stay in. The location is perfect with lots of fun shops and restaurants close by. The location is close to the interstate, so everywhere was easy to get to. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed which was great for cooking in. The owner is great at responding and was very helpful from the beginning of the booking process. We will be staying here again for our next trip!

The location of this house was perfect. Easily head a few blocks to hop on the running/bike/walking trail. A nice walk down towards OSU campus. Easy driving to other attractions around the city! Must check of Los Agavez Taqueria as well.

Wonderful Stay!

My friends and I stayed here for our competition. We felt very fortune finding this Vrbo. The home was beautiful, the bedroom had the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on, and communication with the owner was 5 stars! Grocery store was right down the road, and it was a quick drive to the convention center! I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Columbus.

This is our third vacation rental and we remodeled with remote workspace in mind... lot's of surfaces to work on, lots of outlets, and super fast wi-fi. With COVID-19 impact we are emphasizing sterilization between guests and longer term rentals at lower nightly rates.

Why they chose this property

We personally were involved in the design and total remodel of this Columbus home. It has lots of light and open space and generous surface space if you are working remotely. The design emphasis is a simple, clean, and calming vibe. We also really like to cook when we travel so we outfitted the kitchen recognizing some others might enjoy having a gas cooktop, generous refrigerator, and plenty of hardware to cook up a storm.

What makes this property unique

The location puts you minutes from the action on high street, downtown, OSU campus, the short north or large venues you want to access from route 315. You are literally on route 315 in 30 seconds when you leave the driveway.
You can also park up to the 3 cars in the driveway right next to the entry.
