Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Located on a street frequented by pedestrians, and still has city conveniences. The home is located close to popular restaurants, and has easy access to SR 315 and I-71. Quickly arrive in downtown, OSU campus, Historic Worthington, Short North and more. Steps to the Overbrook ravine with loads of wildlife and tranquil settings!

2 comfortable bedrooms with closets, dressers, and televisions. You will see a nearly constant stream of runners, walkers and bikers using the street, because there is less car traffic here than the perpendicular streets.

You will have a full fenced in back yard, and access to the whole home. The garage is not included in the rental.

Loved the place. Neighborhood is phenomenal. House was just what we needed for our stay with great wifi, a lovely kitchen and sweet backyard. Was comfortable, clean and we spoke with the host once which was easy and helpful. We'd stay there again.

The house was clean, cozy and felt very welcoming. The neighborhood felt safe, lots of people walking, running, biking. I was impressed with how stocked the kitchen was with spices, silverware etc. Will stay again if we return.

Location perfect for our stay, close to COSI, the Zoo and LegoLand. The neighborhood was great with lots of people out enjoying the weather. Brian recommended local places to eat, lots of good options like 5 minutes away. I really appreciate feeling at home when you aren’t at home.. they did a great job of decorating this home :).

Absolutely Perfect!

From start to finish, our experience with this VRBO property was exceptional! The booking process was seamless, communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and upon arrival, we were blown away by the cleanliness and charm of the accommodation. The location was perfect for us being close to OSU to visit our daughter! Every amenity we could have needed was provided (soaps, towels, first aid kit, feminine products, coffee, sugar, tea, … etc), making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Very clean!

Super cute home. Very clean. Had a lot of extras if needed. And thank you for not skimping out on the hair dryer! Bed was pretty comfy. The fireplace was cute and heated up the room quickly. Good location in a safe area. Good breakfast spots very close by.
