You can’t beat this newer 4 bed 3 bath in the heart of downtown Winter Park! The New Arrow townhome complex is just steps away from shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (which hosts the Summer Concert Series), sledding hill, and visitor center, and more.

The four-story townhome features: granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, rooftop deck, private hot tub, outdoor lounge, stunning views, and plenty high end finishes along with designer touches! The fully stocked kitchen has all amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew can enjoy. Attached garage parking (for 1 vehicle) is nice for cold weather days.

The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen bed and three-quarter hall bath. The kitchen is spacious with an open floor plan to dining and living room with gas fireplace. There is also grill on the balcony of this level. The next level offers a twin over twin bunk room, one room with a queen bed, full hall bath with dual sinks, and the primary bedroom. The Primary room features king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. There is a washer & dryer located near the stairs.

The rooftop level has an outdoor dining area and lounge for watching TV and a private saltwater hot tub – great for relaxing after a day exploring. The views from the top are stunning.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Garage parking is connected to the lowest level of the unit.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

If you’re traveling with a larger group, we have another 4-bedroom and a 3-bedroom townhome just a few doors away in the same Arrow at Lions Gate complex.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.
