Terraced house of 60 m2 adjacent to the golf of Cornwall, near the port of Plaisance Port Forest, the beach of Kerleven and the village of La Forêt-Fouesnant.
Modern decoration in the spirit "seaside".
Two bedrooms upstairs. A toilet on the floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
Two parking spaces in front of the entrance of the house.
Calm and natural environment.
Fully enclosed private garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Closed shelter for bikes ....
TV and Wifi.
Baby equipment available. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.

Lieblos / Neglected

Window filthy, not cleaned for ages; small terrace of just grey street concrete; terrace walls covered with black spots & stripes; small "garden" mixture of unattended grass & weeds; one old sun lounger for two persons, originally white, now covered with dark stains, no seat cushion; bed-side lamp with wrong plug couldn't be connected to wall socket, need to "bounce one's way" in the dark to find the distant ceiling lamp switch. Though we had rented & paid for a full week, we left the unpleasant house after only a few days.

Das kleine Reihenhaus ist eigentlich sehr gemütlich. Der Check in hat problemlos geklappt. Drr Gastgeber spricht nur französisch, wir konnten uns jedoch per Google Übersetzer verständigen. Es wurde beim Check in eine Pauschale für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 60,- Euro und für die Reinigung nochmal 40,- erhoben. Wäre eigentlich okay, wenn es tatsächlich sauber gewesen wäre. Im Kühlschrank, auf dem Herd waren noch Verschmutzung und die Böden waren nicht gesaugt worden. Auch im Bad waren noch Haare und Schmutz der Vormieter in der Wanne und auf dem Boden. Ich habe erstmal alles selbst grundreinigen müssen, um sich wohl zu fühlen.Das fand ich sehr schade, weil das Haus an sich schön und gut ausgestattet ist. Genial ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Hafen. Nur 5 Min zu Gehen. Ruhige Lage.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief tadellos. Die Haushälfte ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auch im kleinen Garten findet man unterschiedliche Gartenmöbel für jeden Bedarf und einen Grill.Das WLAN ist super.Srrand und Ort sind in ca 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto geht es ganz fix und man kann gut und kostenlos an beiden Orten parken.

L'endroit est magique entre golf et port au calme. Le port et la plage à quelques minutes à pieds sont un point fort. Dommage que les locataires précédents ont laissés toute la vaisselle ds un état déplorable; ainsi qu'une odeur de tabac froid alors que le logement est non-fumeurs.

Nettes Haus mit Potential

Das Haus entspricht der Online-Beschreibung. Es verfügt über viele hübsche, liebevolle Details (besonders die Einrichtung und Deko im Wohnbereich) und eine tolle Lage (sehr ruhig, 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Strand, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum tollen Segelhafen), hat aber auch Potential. Es ist alles sauber, aber dennoch nagt der Zahn der Zeit und es könnten ein paar Dinge erneuert werden. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind in der Tat nicht sehr einladend (etwas ungepflegt, keine gemütlichen Gartenmöbel/Auflagen). Wir schließen uns an: nur ein Handtuch pro Person ist etwas wenig. Aber alles in allem war es gut und wir hatten erholsame 2 Wochen im schöne La Foret Fouesnant. Von Floriane wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet, vielen Dank noch einmal und alles Gute!

Une très bonne situation

Séjour très agréable dans une maison qui bénéficie de la proximité de la plage, du centre ville, et de départs de balades à pied. La cuisine est bien équipée et la pièce à vivre de bonnes dimensions. Le grille-pain et les lampes de chevet, défectueux durant notre séjour, ont été remplacés dans les 24h00 après notre signalement. Un bémol : la baignoire n’est pas équipée pour la prise de douche sans projection d’eau au sol.

Sejour très agréable. Bon emplacement a 2 pas du port et 10 min a pieds de la plage

5 jours agreables. Tres bon emplacement pour profiter du port, de la plage, des sentiers en footing. Très bon contact avec la personne qui s'occupe du logement. Le logement est pas mal mais un peu dans son jus. Dommage avec un petit coup de rajeunissement, ce logement serait parfait.

Très bon accueil et facilités pendant le séjour. La maison est joliment décorée et fonctionnelle, il manque peut-être un peu plus d'éclairage et une ou deux prises multiples près du lit.

Très bon séjour. Accueil remarquable. Logement confortable et calme. Seul reproche pas de penderie dans les chambres. La Sdb manque d'étagères de rangement. Petit bémol sur la cuisine 1 seule prise pour 4 appareils micro ondes bouilloire grille pain et cafetière.

Au calme

Logement idéalement placé pour découvrir la région, et situé au calme. L'équipement est un peu vieillot ( rien en Sdb pour sécher les serviettes, plaque de cuisson en cuisine ancienne, mobilier peu fonctionnel) le lit, en 160, est assez confortable bien que bruyant,. Bien choisir l'option linge de maison si vous voulez avoir des draps !
