Village cottage completely renovated
Ideal for 2 couples 4 children (2 adults and 1 room 4 children) or 6 adults.
At the gates of the Ecrins National Park (200m).
This cottage is an old barn completely renovated in 2008.
The living room is on the 1st floor. It is through with east balcony and west terrace. 2nd floor bathroom, master bedroom and children's room. In the 3rd a pretty mezzanine (access by the room of children)
In DRC a large storage space for your business (bicycles, ski etc. ..)
The hameau des gourniers is located at the bottom of a valley. This is the last hammer. The only business is a restaurant. The nearest shops are at the resort of réallon (bar tobacco, bread deposit, proxy 20 min) or chorges (25 min, all shops)
Many hiking and mountain biking from the cottage.
