Wonderful Views and terrible furniture, beds, utensils, etc.

You can't beat the views. The building was nice. The other rooms not 1508 were nice. I wish I could leave pictures. I'm talking brown duct tape on the corners of the recliners instead of buying new ones. The living room furniture looked (and smelled) like someone went to Goodwill and said give me whatever furniture you have to put a living room together. The beds/mattresses were lopsided and uncomfortable. A king size memory foam mattress is $300 - 500 on Amazon. The fact that these mattresses felt like they were from 1985 was inexcusable. It's like someone bought this as an investment and decided not to spend a nickel furnishing it. The pots and pans were horrible. The utensils were horrible. And I normally never give a bad review, but the owners of 1508 need to know. Update the furniture and mattresses and this place would be sooooo much better. Also, the closets looked like they were still under construction with mismatched paint, broken furniture, etc. The place has so much potential, but everything about it right now is screaming don't stay here again.

Incredible view and space

We all loved the view and location. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the amenities that came with the rental. Private beach and great beach staff. Elevators do take long so be ready for that. We also had trouble with parking but call property management and they will help you with that. Very helpful and kind staff.

Worn Out property

Very disappointed for the price. The mattresses felt like you’re sleeping on cardboards! The sliding doors are hard to open, the bedsheets have sand on them, there were trash on the floor, the couches are all worn. The glass top are not kid friendly. My grandkid got her arm scratched! We rented 2 units 1508A and 1508B and they are big disappointment. These room have seen better days! The owner need to update everything.
