The 60´s Pool 2 min Gulf access

THE 60's is a lovely home which was built as one of the first houses in Cape Coral in 1960 and has been completely redesigned and renovated into a charming holiday home in 2019. It was important to the owner to save a piece of history in Cape Coral. This home was completed renovated after Hurricane Ian, including all new furnishings, cabinets and appliances in 2023.
The ceiling height is 8.5 ft and through the many windows the house is flooded with light.
Just 2 minutes from the Cape Coral Bridge, on a canal with direct Gulf access just 4 minutes to the river, it's in one of Cape Coral's prime locations. The Yacht Club Area and Cape Coral Beach are about 5 minutes away by car.
The House has 1 master bedroom with king bed and bath en suite. The bathroom has a walk-in spacious shower, vanity and toilet.
There is 1 guest room with king bed and 1 guest room with queen bed.
Both guest rooms share bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
The mattresses, pillows and covers are hotel quality. Some smart features as usb beside your beds will give you the easy living feeling .After all, a relaxing sleep is part of a relaxed holiday time.
65” smart TV in living room for streaming services and HD antennae for local channels. Brand new TVs in the guest suites provide ROKU.
The décor and furniture is in the modern mid century style.
A large dining table with comfortable chairs offers the whole family room for cozy dinners.
The spacious pool area, with heated pool offers the view of the canal and despite the northern orientation, there is plenty of sun on the terrace. Pool cage with panoramic windows has been installed in November 2019.

Washer and dryer, bath- and beach towels, beach chairs, bikes and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen are on site.

You will have a vacation to remember and you will come back :-)

The perfect Cape Coral escape!
This house is the perfect Cape Coral escape with a fabulous pool and canal backyard with beautiful views. Very quiet street within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Great Place
Clean & Functional with everything we needed in a perfect location. I travel to SWFL almost monthly & typically stay at rental homes. Do not let the "mature" outside appearance of this property fool you. Inside is a great blend of all new appliances, VERY comfortable beds & other nice upgrades with a clean, relaxed & open feel. Was our home base for 12 days & I hope we can come back soon!

Unacceptable Behavior and Questioning why 3bdrms used
I booked a 3bdrm home with this company. During my stay I was involved in a car accident and spent the night of check out in the emergency room with a broken bone. I made the property manager aware and offered my discharge paperwork from the hospital I was the only person occupying the property with my poodle. I explained that I was unable to strip the sheets and was the laundry because of a broken wrist. Her response was my cleaning person is coming between 9-10am. My checkout was 10am. I replied I will be out by 10am. The property manager began sending me threatening text messages and emails describing the condition of the home and I requested pictures that she never provided. She said I had a large dog so I sent her a picture of my 12lb poodle. She said in texts I will ask the neighbors who was visiting you in the home. She said it was odd that I used all 3 bedrooms if I was the only person in the home. All of theses questions are irrelevant and borderline on harassment. She continued to text me threats of legal actions if I did not pay the large amount she felt I owed without giving pictures or replacement costs of her accusations. I asked her to stop texting me and she said she would but she would make sure Vrbo no longer allowed me to book on their platform. I forwarded her emails & texts to Vrbo who said that will assign an ambassador to review it. The lack of professional and bullying is unbelievable. Reprehending guests as children through email is harassment

Overall Good Place but AC was a bummer
Great location and really enjoyed house and pool. Host was great. The only negative was the AC. The temps outside were high 90s and the AC would not cool the place below 80! We kept all the blinds closed (which is a bummer because you lose the view), and had every fan running. The bedrooms were better than the living area but it was almost unbearable. Probably a perfect place to stay any other time of the year.

Our stay at the Yacht Club
We were real happy with our stay. The floors could use a good cleaning, but everything else was clean. The location was great, close to everything. We were able to walk to 4 restaurants. Would stay again.
