The home is adequately pictured, however many things weren’t reviewed prior to our arrival and broken - sliding glass door that guests would use wasn’t working - and the pool heat was ready on arrival and the pool heater was leaking, there was a plastic plant all shredded and scattered in fenced in yard (definitely don’t want a dog eating).
During stay gardeners come unannounced spraying ROUND-UP in dog area and around outside edge of pool mid day (couldn’t go out there for hours) - and our dog got sprayed. Known carcinoge!
The amount of maint at house during visits could’ve been prevented if all was check prior to arrival. The management group Vacasa was horrible just as other reviews suggested. They have no idea what’s really going on at property and have useless AI on replies.
Our pool pump actually was shut off during our stay we found arriving home. Vacasa sent email said heater was broke - than they said it was fixed - and gave 100 back refund - however since they shut down pump - the pool chemicals were imbalanced, leaving a bacterial pool that needed shock. A day later a person appeared to do!
