Villa Sunny Daze

Enter into a new world where you can embrace all that Southwest Florida has to offer! This 4 bedroom – 2 bathroom home features a large fenced in backyard, and heated pool!

Upon entry into this home, guests will fall in love with the high ceilings and natural light shining through. In the living room guests can sit down and relax while watching their favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. There is also a variety of books and board games guests can relax with. In the kitchen, guests who love to cook will find all they need including stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, trach compactor and pizza crisper. This home features three dining room tables, including one outside, giving guests plenty of options for where to enjoy their delicious meal.

In the master bathroom, guests will find a cozy bed, direct pool access, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and serves as a pool bathroom. In other 3 bedrooms guests will find comfortable queen size beds and a set of bunk beds. The room with bunk beds is the perfect room for kids to stay. These rooms all share a hall bathroom.

Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of this home; the screened in lanai offering a large glistening pool. This pool is perfect way for guests to spend the afternoon, whether it is just floating around or playing pool games. In the evenings, guests can enjoy their favorite drink while relaxing poolside in the warm evening breeze. Plenty of outdoor furniture gives guests options for where to soak up the Florida and work on their tan.
Villa Sunny Daze will have guests wishing they had planned a longer vacation!

This home is pet friendly for (MAX. 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 35lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats).

We had a wonderful time. Communication was outstanding. We had Monica as our coordinator. She was so helpful with introduction and ongoing communications. The pool was pleasant, but needed to have water added, which is understandable.

beautiful house

We love the house. but we had some trouble with the communication with the menage. the jacuzzi only was available for used 4 days after our check in.

Nice house

Nice house everything was acceptable, spurs wouldn’t heat up so we didn’t get to use but hey they just had a hurricane, staff tried to accommodate everything property manager never called had to use reception and other on call managers, but house was amazing beautiful flooring well worth the stay

Nice neighborhood, great yard.

Large and comfortable house. Awesome yard for our dog to run in and even had a doggie-door. We celebrated Thanksgiving there with our daughter and her family. Kitchen and dining areas were more than adequate. Some difficulties with the pool and garage door opener which we called the property manager about. Took them a day to respond. Hopefully everything will be fixed before the next renter. We would probably rent again as is close to our daughter and her family.

Nice but....

It is a nicely decorated house, functional but not worth them fees we paid for the management company. Just like the neighborhood this house also was effected by the most recent hurricane. Debris such as shingles and parts of siding on back and front yard were laying around during our stay. Fence is broken forma a tree that has fallen months ago. The chopped up tree was still laying in the front yard. If you bring a dog with you watch him closely as he may end up wondering off to the neighbor's yard. The main issue is the management company. Property manage was on vacation for most of our stay. The office team was clueless about this particular property. We called to address simple questions and we were told multiple times that they will call us back but never did. Few other things: 1 WiFi- both provided passwords don't work. Called and emailed the office have been promised a call back, it never happened. 2. Pool: lovely but, light in it doesn't work, spa doesn't ether and there is no switch for ether one. Management company clueless once again. At arrival we found 2 plastic bottles and caps in the pool. Beer caps, fake nails and used bandages in the pool area. Stayed for a week and have never seen a maintenance person coming in. The only outdoor lighting is few strings of Christmas lights while only half of them are working and plugs were laying on the ground where water collects while you use the pool. So dangerous! 3 Kitchen- very basic, not enough equipment to make a dinner for larger family. Small bugs crawling all over the counters. If you live food out they will crawls all over it. Most of the glasses were dirty and quite few plates looked like they were just wiped off. 4 Bedrooms and Bathrooms - nice but no lock on the master bathroom door, room with bunkbeds a size of a walking closet (not recommended for adults or teens). Do not touch the blinds in other rooms, they don't like to be touch and haven't been dusted off in quite a while. Bunkbed sheets haven't been changed. We literally found them with dirt marks. Makes me wonder if other beds were changed. 5 There a no blankets or extra covers anywhere in the house. If you want to get cozy on a colder night outdoors plan on bringing your own. Again, lovely house but I wish property management was better familiarized with the property before renting it out. Bugs in the kitchen need to be addressed and I recommend fixing the light in the pool and adding outdoor lighting.
