Relax in this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront pool/spa home in a quiet neighborhood in southeast Cape Coral. Enjoy the beautiful SWFL Florida weather and nature with screened-in lanai, pool, gulf access, dock, kayaks and 2 bikes. This property features 2 king beds and 2 twin beds (plus large sofa in the living room), perfect for families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway. Pets welcome (with paid pet fee). With amenities like WiFi, AC, and washing machine/dryer, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire house has been recently remodeled including both full baths. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

This home is in a great location in Cape Coral. Traci is a great host and very responsive in communicating with us.We spent time in the hot tub, pool , screened porch, and the dock area. There are so many things to do here that I can only list a few. Went kayaking and fishing in the canal, bike riding, beach walking, sunset cruising, visited Sanibel Island, played pickleball, went waterfront dining, etc etc. We would love to come back next year.
