Perfect!

The apartment has a wonderful sea view from the master bedroom. The beach is only seconds away and there are two grocery stores within walking distance. The host is very attentive and professional.

Great late spring and summer property

Jose was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I stay during the winter for 3 months, most amenities are closed, and there are few people around until about mid March. It's a summer residence so heating is not efficient.

Excelentes vacaciones

El piso es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. El dueño es muy amable y atento. La ubicación del piso es perfecta ya que está a pie de playa. Además hay comercios alrededor y puedes acercarte andando. La comunidad es limpia y la piscina muy bien cuidada. Repetiría sin duda

Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir möchten noch die besondere Hilfsbereitschaft von Jose Enrique, dem Besitzer der Wohnung und Abderraman, dem Property Manager hervorheben. 6 weeks in La Manga

My family were looking to have a long vacation in Spain and after a long deliberation we chose property ID 1760341 flat in first line in la manga. What a great choice, a communal pool right outside your front door and a beach 20 metres away oh and lots and lots of sunshine, the apartment was comfortable and spacious. Very quite location if you are looking for some peace, however if you wanted it a bit more lively go down the strip. We chose not too, we did however find the shopping at Centro commercial on the road to Cartagena great for shopping and eating, restaurants in Los Alcazares were great also, went to the mud baths in lo pagan, took us ages to find, but it’s just to the left of the main beach ( hope this is helpful ) driving over there so easy we had a sat Nav and didn’t use it everything is so well posted. We even drove up to Benidorm and stayed overnight just so the kids could see the hustle and bustle. So all and all lots to do, lots to see from a great little base in la manga.

Com uma localização privilegiada para a praia e com piscina. A praia é ideal para quem tem crianças e estão a 1km da praia do lago. A primeira impressão foi muito boa, a casa estava impecavelmente limpa e tudo muito arrumado, não é uma casa luxuosa mas tem tudo o que é necessário para umas boas férias, não nos faltou nada. Apesar de ficar no km13 tem todas as comodidades e podemos ir comprar tudo a pé pois tem supermercado, cafés, padaria tudo a menos de 500m. Recomendo.

A Relaxing and enjoyable Four week Holiday in a Spacious Beachfront Property.

As a Mature couple we enjoyed a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful owner of this good value for money Spacious Ground floor well appointed beachfront Apartment. It was just a few steps from a lovely clean beach and the warm Med. and a few minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor. The Garage space was a big help as was the ramp to assist disabled people. The Apartment was bright and spacious with comfortable beds and everything required to enjoy our vacation including important wifi. Our only minus would be an annoyingly temperermental cooker hob but We would have no hesitation in booking again and recommending the property to those looking for a good value for money beachfront vacation.

Des vacances très agréables, les pieds dans l'eau.

Appartement, dans une petite résidence surveillée par un concierge, très bien situé dans un quartier au calme au pied de la plage (pas de rue à traverser pour les enfants 8 et 9 ans qui ont pu aller jouer au ballon sur le sable). Vue sur la mer du balcon de la chambre des parents et d'une des chambres. Les autres pièces (au rez de chaussée) donnent sur le patio). Equipement simple mais complet, que demander de plus en vacances? Propriétaires sympathiques, à l'écoute qui essaient de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.Même si un véhicule est indispensable pour se rendre sur les lieux, 1 bazar (où l'on trouve véritablement de tout en face), 1 boulangerie, 2 supermarchés, bars et restaurants se trouvent à proximité et nous avons laissé la voiture dans le parking souterrain presque durant tout notre séjour. Pour les amateurs de vélo, de très nombreuses pistes cyclables ; pour les marcheurs, des voies piétonnes larges que l'on peut emprunter avec une poussette. Outre les promenades le long de la mer, des visites pour les petits et les grands proches (Cartagena, las Salinas et la réserve naturelle, ballade en ferry pour rejoindre San Javier...). A découvrir! En ce qui nous concerne, nous renouvellerons cette expérience dès que possible.
